DESCRIPTION
The M54/74HC240HV and HC241HV are high speed CMOSOCTAL BUSBUFFERs fabricated in silicongate C2MOS technology.
They have the same high speed performance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low power consumption.
Performing the same function of their non HV counterpart, they have a particularl input configuration whichallows all inputs tobedriven by

logic levels exceedingthe supply voltage. This makes them particularly suitable in systems
where mixed 3V/5V logic devices need to be interfaced.
