The L9351 is a monolithic integrated circuit desi­gnedto drivegroundedresistive,inductiveor mixed loadsfromthe powersupplypositive side.Very low standbycurrent (30mA max.) and internally imple­mentedprotectionsagainstload dumpandreverse voltagesmakethe deviceveryusefulin automotive applications.No externalcomponentsare required becausethe outputrecirculationclampingzener is includedin thechip. This zenercan withstanda re­circulation peakcurrentof 550mAon a 80mH/25 load.
