DESCRIPTION
The EZ1587 series of high perform anc e posi tive voltage regulators are designed f or use i n applications requiring low dropout performance at full rated c ur r ent. Additi onally, the EZ1587 seri es provides excellent regulati on over variations in line, load and temperature.
Outstanding features include low dropout per formance at rated current, fast transient r esponse, i nternal current limiting and t hermal shutdown protection of the output device. The EZ1587 seri es are t hr ee terminal regulators with fixed and adjustable voltage options available in popular pack ages.
