If a Dataram memory board does not function properly we will issue a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) for the return of the defective module(s) and express ship a repair or replacement to you at no charge.

Note: Refer to your system owner’s manual for detailed instructions and be
sure to follow all static and safety precautions.
IBM Power 520 Model M15:
Minimum memory is 2GB (2X1GB), Maximum is 16GB (4X4GB).
Memory installed in 2 banks, mixing capacities not supported.
IBM Power 520 Model M25:
Minimum memory is 2GB (2X1GB), Maximum is 32GB (4X8GB).
Memory installed in 2 banks, mixing capacities not supported.
IBM Power 520 Model E4A:
Minimum memory is 2GB (2X1GB), Maximum is 64GB (8X8GB).
Memory modules behind each processor module must be the
IBM Power 550 Model M50:
Minimum memory is 2GB (2X1GB), Maximum is 128GB
Capacity cannot be mixed on the same processor card.
IBM Power 550 Model E8A:
Minimum capcity is 2GB (2X1GB), Maximum is 256 GB
Capacity cannot be mixed on the same processor card.
