(continued)

room to properly open and close the printer.
• Position the bracket and/or printer so it is
protected from environmental element s such a s
moisture, tools, and boxes.
• Position the bracket and/or printer in a secure
area in normal traffic patterns.
• Do not position the bracket above, ne ar, or

Left to right = 10 3/8".
Up and down = 1 5/8".
Recommended hole diameter for #10 pan head

2. Attach the rubber feet to the mounting plate
(Figure 5).
3. Place the foot caps over the mounting plate
so that the recesses are facing up (Figure 6).
The foot caps attach to the bracket when the
bracket is mounted.
The following hardware (not included) is required for
mounting:
(4) #10 pan head screws [screw length to be
determined by the user]
(4) #10 washers
(4) #10 hex nuts
(1) #8 torx driver bit [optional]
Note: You may need additional hand tools and

mounting holes on the mounting surfac e. For
information on mounting and/or installation, see
the Orientation Guidelines in the previous
section.
2. Drill the mounting holes at the marked locations.
3. Attach the bracket to the mounting surface using
#10-24 or #10-32 pan head screws and #10
washers. Thread the screws through the
washers, bracket, foot caps, and mounting holes
(Figure 7). Tighten securely.

Attaching the Printer (continued)
2. Slide the printer onto the bracket. When
attached, the security catch “clicks” into place
(Figure 9)
Note: For the printer to slide into place, the
top of the locking screw head must clear the
height of the outermost surface. The length
of the screws varies for each installation and
is to be determined by the user.
3. Secure the printer to the bracket using either the
included #8-32, Torx or Phillips, pan head screw
