150mm Media Hub Option

Overview

This document describes the contents, installation, and use of the 150mm Media Hub option for the MP

Compact printers. After verifying the contents of the kit and the tools needed, follow the steps below to

install and begin using the option.

For your safety and to avoid equipment damage, always turn ‘Off’ power and unplug the

printer’s power cord before beginning this installation and when performing service.

Contents of the 150mm Media Hub Kit

This kit contains the following item:

• 1 x Media Unit

• 2 x Screws (MF6S 5x14)

• 2 x Nuts (M5)

Tools Required

To install this option, you will need

• Allen Key, 3mm

• Box Wrench, 8mm

• Loctite 243

Installation

1. Remove the paper shaft from your printer.

2. Mount the 150 mm kit with the screws and nuts.

3. Fasten the paper shaft on the 150mm kit. It’s
recommended to use Loctite 243 on the screw
and the internal thread of the shaft to secure the
assembly.
