lMake sure that the unit has been switched OFF before installing or servicing the unit.
lThe unit is widely used together with central HVAC system in hotel, hospital, medicine factory, theater, commercial building, office building, enterprises, chemical industry, exhibition room, research institutes and so on.
lThe installation, commissioning and maintenance of these machines should be performed by qualified personnel having a good knowledge of standards and local regulations, as well as experience of this type of equipment.
lMake sure that the rated voltage of the unit corresponds to that of the name plate before commencing wiring work according to the wiring diagram.
lThe unit must be GROUNDED to prevent possible hazard due to insulation failure.
lKeep the unit away from any combustible or corrosive environment.
3
l Disconnect the power plug when the fan coil is not going to be used for a long time. Otherwise dirt may gather and cause low efficiency.
l Make sure the air inlets and outlets of the unit are not blocked.

Fan Coil
The fan coil unit has no energy by itself but provides heating or
with hot or chilled water from central water supply system(heat pump or chiller etc) .The fan of the unit blows through the heat exchanger to cool or heat the air in the room.
If inlet water is cool, set the unit to cooling mode, the air outlet is
cool air.
If inlet water is hot, set the unit to heating mode, the air outlet is
hot air.
The unit is characterized with energy-saving, high efficiency,
low noise, reliable and convenient to select and install.

Select installation location with following considerations;
1. The return and supply air should be free from any
obstruction.
2. The wall which the unit is to be mounted on should be stiff enough not to resonate and produce much noise.
3. Ensure the clearance on every side of the unit conforms to figures as shown below.

If the central water supply system is indoor, and the drain
hose can be connected to the existing drainage system, then do
not need to drill a hole for piping to outside directly and
connect the water inlet and outlet piping to indoor water
supply system.
It’s recommended if the ambient temp. is lower than 0
degree because the drainpipe might be frozen.

This unit works for both cooling and heating.
①. Temperature setting range is 16~31℃ and initial temperature setting is 21. ②. Room Temp sensor E2 failure, the unit will run for 4 0 minutes and become OFF for 8 minutes.
Heating Operation
①. The temperature setting range is 16℃ ~3 1℃. The initial
temperature setting is 27. The temperature shown by the Temperature Indication Light is 2℃ lower than the actual temperature.
②. Anti- cold air (1 ).Anti-cold air with 3-speed asynchronous fan motor(Only for 18000btu/h unit).
Cooling Operation
a.When the unit is turned on and indoor coil Temp Tp≥3 0℃, the indoor fan runs at preset speed. b.When indoor Coil Temp. Sensor Tp fails, fan runs at preset speed 3 0 seconds after the water valve is switched on. c.Fan speed changes as follows when the water valve is switched off.

TsTr+ 1 (cooling mode) or Ts Tr+1( heating mode) , the fan motor keeps running. When TsTr+1(cooling mode)or TsTr+1(heating mode), the
fan motor stops.
The unit with motorized valve:
1. When the unit is turned on by remote controller, the water valve
switches on. When the unit is turned off, this valve switches off.
2. In heating mode, when Ts Tr+1 , water valve switches on, when TsTr+1 , water valve switches off. This program is opposite in cooling mode.
Fan motor's operation without motorized valve
A). Sensor failure and protection ①.If Room Temp. Sensor fails, the room temperature setting
will be invalid. ②.If Indoor Coil Temp. sensor fails, the protection on improper operation for cooling or heating operation will be invalid. While anti- cold air program operates as in Timer Mode for 30 seconds.
B). Failure of PG motor (for 9000/12000btu/h unit) When there is no feedback from the fan motor in 15 seconds after it is turned on, the controller will regard it as in malfunction, and will sen out a power (8 0% or 1 00% of the rated power) to drive this fan motor. Error code E7 will be displayed in the LED screen, and indoor fan speed can not be adjusted with remote controller.
When there is a power failure during operation, and then the
power resumes, the unit will restart automatically operating as
