ZTP2

Zone Temperature Probe

Identication

The ZTP2 zone temperature probe is a platinum temperature
sensor (PTS1000) mounted inside of a plastic housing designed
for multi-directional air ow. The ZTP2 is typically used to
monitor ambient temperature in order to control the HVAC and
refrigeration devices for the area.
The ZTP2 is compatible with all Danfoss AK255 controllers as
well as legacy controller AKC55.

Size: 1 ½” X 1” X 2 ½ “

Operating environment: -40°F to 122°F

0% to 95% RH, non-condensing
Resistance value at 32°F = 1000 ohms

Installation and Inspection

The ZTP2 is generally attached to an interior wall or a column
on the sales oor at a height of 5’6” from the oor line or 2’ be­low the ceiling line in refrigerated areas. If a column is located
in the middle of a gondola, mount the ZTP2 1’ above the top of
the gondola.
