INSTALLATION OF TERMINAL COVER FOR VLT® FRAMES D3 and D4 (IP00)
This instruction sheet is for the installation of the terminal cover for VLT® frame D3 and D4
drives (IP00).

• Torque Wrench: 0.7-6 N-M (6-50 in-lbs)
Torque Requirements
• M5/T25 Torx screws: 2.3 N-M (20 in-lbs)

1. Mount the terminal cover as shown.
2. Secure the terminal cover with the M5 screws and nuts at the front mounting points.
3. Optionally, the rear mounting points can be utilized by drilling holes in the backplate and
using M5 screws and nuts.
