Termostat RT wyposażony jest w przełącznik jednobiegunowy.
Położenie styków zależy od temperatury bańki i wartości nastawionej na skali.
Seria RT obejmuje termostaty do zastosowań ogólnych w przemyśle chłodniczym ogólnym i morskim.
Seria RT to również termostaty różnicowe, termostaty regulacji strefy neutralnej oraz termostaty specjalne ze stykami powlekanymi złotem do pracy z programowalnymi sterownikami zdarzeń.
