Load Independent Proportional Valve
PVG 20
PVG 20 is a load independent proportional valve with a flow up to 65 l/min and a pressure up to 240 bar.
PVG 20 is building on the modular, flexible and proven Danfoss load independent proportional valve concept.
The PVG 20 is designed especially to accommodate the requirements of the Agricultural segment.
In addition, the PVG 20 valve program includes a special summation valve, making proportional summation of 2 pump flows into the same valve group – decreasing cost and increasing energy efficiency.
Features
Zero leakage work ports.
No pressure build- up on work port in neutral.
No drop before lift.
Standard 4/3 and 4/4 spools.
Pilot pressure reduction valve with low oil consumption.
Possibility of changing between double and single acting work mode.
Proportional “intelligent” dual pump flow summation.
CAN controlled (J1939/ISOBUS).
Single acting hitch module.
Pre compensated valve.
Possibility of mixing Pre and Post compensated modules in the same valve group, giving priority to the precompensated valves.
Thermal relief valves on work ports.
Various inlet types, OC, CC, HPCO.
Forced opening of pilot operated check valves in float position.
