INSTRUCTIONS
D-4 Instructions
TO BEGIN:
• Install 9-Volt battery (included). If using
Danelectro’s “Zero Hum” adapter (Recommended)
instead of a battery, connect this to the “9V DC”
jack on the back of the D-4.
• Connect an instrument cable from your guitar to
the “Input” jack. Connect a second cable from
the “Output” jack of the D-4 to the input jack of
your amplifier.
• LED light will be on when foot switch is
activated.
CONTROL FUNCTIONS:
REPEAT: This control allows you to set the number
of echoes…from one echo (a single “slap”) at
the minimum setting to a great number of echoes
at the maximum setting.
MIX: This control allows you to mix in some dry
signal with the delayed signal. At minimum setting, there will be almost no echo effect. At
maximum, there will be only the echo sound.
REPEAT:

BATTERY: Uses one S-006P 9-Volt Battery. Danelectro “Vintage Power
Source” batteries are recommended.
BATTERY ELIMINATOR: Uses 9-Volt Battery Eliminator.
Polarity: Center Negative (-). 300mA maximum. Danelectro “Zero Hum”
Battery Eliminators are recommended.
