DAN DRYER® ELITE 2000 HAIR DRYER
Enclosed with the hair dryer are the installation instructions as well as a small
plastic bag containing:
2 pcs. screws
2 pcs. rawlplugs
2 pcs. washers
1 pcs. plastic cap
1 pcs. wall mounting bracket
PRIOR TO INSTALLATION:
Before installing the hair dryer, please check that the power supply has
sufficient capacity to handle the extra wattage specified on top of the dryer
housing.
Be sure to install the unit right next to a mirror, if any, thus preventing users
from stretching the flexible hose to the breaking point in the attempt to look at
themselves in the mirror.
The hair dryer is double-insulated and thus needs no ea rth connection.
FIXED WALL MOUNTING:

Disassemble cover plate by removing the in Fig. 1 with A marked screw.
Attach unit to the wall, using the two holes marked with screws and
rawlplugs.
➋ Mark and drill two 6 mm holes in the wall, vertically underneath each other
and 198 mm apart (Fig. 2). Recommended installatio n he ig ht from the floor
to the top edge of the dryer is 180 cm.
➌ Feed supply cable through the cable inlet hole at the top right corner and
connect to terminal block. Attach dryer ho using using the screws and
washers enclosed (Fig. 3).
IMPORTANT
Reassemble cover plate before test running the hair dryer.
Fixed installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
The ELITE hair dryer complies with the EU directive 87/308 on the reduction of
electromagnetic interference.
USER INSTRUCTIONS:
Activate hair dryer by removing the handle. The Elite 2000 offers
three-step adjustable air volume and tempera ture setting.
Avoid directing the airflow towards your eyes.
Do not obstruct free airflow.
Keep the dryer at an adequate distance from your ha ir.
Always replace handle onto housing after use.
MAINTENANCE:
Clean plastic parts with a cloth wrung in soapy water.
Do not use corrosive cleaning products.

Model SHAVER is equipped with a 115-230 V shaver plug f or el ectric
razors – and razors only!
IMPORTANT!
This product is covered by the WEEE regulations on the recycling and
recovery of waste electrical and elect ro nic equipment.
This product is not to be treated as household refuse.
This product must be recycled if possible.
Contact local authorities for advice.
The product may also be returned to the manufacturer/distributor free
of charge. The manufacturer/distributor wil l en sure pro pe r re cycling/
disposal.
