Installation Instructions
Determine the height of the top of the cabinet from the loor.
Next use the above diagram to determine the placement of the
top wall mounted “V” bar.
Hold a loose “V” bar to the wall at the height determined
above (MAKE SURE IT IS LEVEL), and mark the locations for the
screw holes.
To mount the “V” bar on solid concrete or masonry wall, drill
5⁄ 16" holes and insert the lead shields. Fasten the “V” bar to the
wall using the #10 x 2" wood screws. If you are mounting to a
hollow wall, drill 1⁄ 2" holes and insert the toggle bolts. Then
fasten the “V” bar to the wall with the toggle bolts.
Measure from the bottom of the mounted “V” bar and mark the
wall 41" (29" for 24" x 36" cabinets) down with a horizontal line.
This will be the height of the bottom of the lower wall-mounted
“V” bar. Using the appropriate steps above mount the lower “
V” bar.
Now set the cabinet in place on the wall with the “V” bars of the
cabinet nestled into the “V” bars on the wall. At one or more
corners of the cabinet, turn the adjusting set screws in or out
as necessary until the doors come into proper alignment.
Open and close the doors to conirm proper operation.
For Deluxe Cabinets Only:
To extend the easel, grasp the center of the panel along the
lower edge, and pull outward. When the panel reaches its fully
extended position, it will lock automatically. To return the panel
to the cabinet, press the small lever found along the right edge
of the panel. The panel will automatically close. The telescoping
easel is ready to receive paper pad chart clamps. This allows the
user to use a paper pad lip chart on this panel and to lip used
pages over the back of the easel. It is also possible to use
multiple lip charts stacked by using accessory grip quick chart
clamp 28" gold Da-Lite part number 72053.
To use the projection screen swing the projection screen bar
(located at the top, center of the cabinet) out. Open the cabinet
door covering the screen (at the bottom of the cabinet), pull the
screen up and slip it over the screen bar. The screen bar has
multiple notches to allow for keystone elimination.
