1.0 INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your new DALI RUBIKORE loudspeakers. It is important to us that your new DALI loudspeakers are set up and connected correctly. For this reason, we recommend that you read this manual and follow the instructions.
The manual contains instructions for setup and connection, as well as tips and advice on how to get the most out of your new loudspeakers. DALI is acclaimed around the world for unique loudspeakers built to our uncompromising standards for design and performance. The goal for every single DALI loudspeaker is always our foremost commitment: To create a listening experience in your home that will make you forget time and place.

2.0 UNPACKING
Be careful not to damage the contents when you unpack the parts. Depending on which DALI RUBIKORE model you have bought, different accessories come with the loudspeaker. Check that all parts are contained in the cardboard box (see Table 1). Keep the packaging materials in case your loudspeakers need to be relocated or serviced.
2.1 GRILLES
The loudspeakers are delivered with the grille fronts already mounted when you unpack them. If you wish to remove the grille front, loosen it by gradually tugging at the pins that hold it in place. It is important that all pins are loosened evenly before removing the grille. Otherwise the grille may be damaged.
3.0 POSITIONING
To achieve the best results, the loudspeaker setup should be symmetrical around your favourite listening position, (see Figures 1A – 1C). We recommend that you experiment with the positions of your loudspeakers – the sound quality will change depending on the loudspeaker position. For DALI RUBIKORE 2, RUBIKORE CINEMA and RUBIKORE ON-WALL, the loudspeakers should ideally be positioned so that the tweeters are approximately at ear height when seated in your favourite listening position. DALI RUBIKORE 6 and 8 are designed as floor standing loudspeakers. They should be positioned at least 20 cm (8 inches) from the rear wall. DALI RUBIKORE 2 and RUBIKORE CINEMA should likewise be positioned at least 20 cm (8 inches) from the rear wall. DALI RUBIKORE 0N-WALL is optimised for wall-mounting, but will also work well on a shelf. If mounted on a wall, there should be at least 10 cm (4 inches) distance from the wall.
Objects placed between the loudspeakers and the listening position might negatively affect sound quality. All DALI RUBIKORE loudspeakers are designed to follow our wide dispersion principle, so they should not be angled towards the listening position,
but be positioned parallel with the rear wall (see Figure 2). Parallel positioning reduces distortion in the main listening area and improves room integration. The wide dispersion principle also ensures that the sound is spread evenly within a large area in the listening room.
3.1 DALI RUBIKORE 6 and 8
These loudspeakers are designed to stand on the floor, using the supplied Premium Spike Set or rubber bumpers under the loudspeakers (see Figures 3 and 4). Be careful not to overtighten the contra nuts. Spikes or rubber bumpers can improve the sound quality. You can try both to hear what gives the best sound quality in your setup. Please note that spikes may damage the floor if it is not protected.
NOTE: On some floors and in some rooms, the use of spikes is a crucial aspect in obtaining the best result. The spikes (included) should be fastened loosely in the aluminium feet, leaving the spikes' nuts only slightly tightened. Using the screws, mount the aluminium feet in the threaded holes on the bottom of the loudspeaker. Push the feet against the loudspeaker cabinet before tightening the screws. Place the loudspeaker with the mounted spikes upright on the floor, so that it stands steadily without rocking. Tighten the nuts, so that the four spikes sit tightly in the aluminium feet. These assembly and setup steps ensure stable mechanical coupling to the surface beneath (see Figure 3).
3.2 DALI RUBIKORE 2
DALI RUBIKORE 2 is optimised for stand mounting, but will also work well on a shelf. If positioned on a stand or shelf, the enclosed bumpers can be placed under the loudspeaker for stable and vibration-free positioning (see Figure 4).
For the best possible sound, we recommend placing the loudspeakers with the tweeter modules at approximately the same height as your ears when you are seated in your favourite listening position.
3.3 DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL and RUBIKORE CINEMA
DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL is optimised for wall-mounting (see Figure 5) but can also be used on a shelf or on a TV furniture. DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL can be used as a left, right, centre or surround loudspeaker in either horizontal or vertical position.
The rotatable DALI Hybrid Tweeter allows the RUBIKORE CINEMA and RUBIKORE ON-WALL to be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientation, making it possible to use the exact same loudspeaker for front and centre applications – just like in the mixing studio.
The Hybrid Tweeter module should be rotated so that the planar tweeter unit stays vertical (upright), which is important to preserve the wide horizontal dispersion and fine detail of the high frequencies.
The RUBIKORE CINEMA is designed for home theatre front and centre channel roles, either stand mounted or sitting on a shelf.
Your authorised dealer or service facility can help rotate the Hybrid Tweeter for you. To remove the Hybrid Tweeter module from the loudspeaker cabinet, use a 3 mm Allen key (not included) to remove the four screws. When disassembled, rotate the Hybrid Tweeter by 90 degrees.
Insert the rotated Hybrid Tweeter and install it using the four screws (Figure 7). Be careful not to overtighten the screws when reassembling the loudspeaker.
If positioned on a shelf or TV furniture, the enclosed bumpers can be placed under the loudspeaker (in both the vertical or horizontal position) for stable and vibrationfree positioning (see Figure 4).
The DALI logo on the front grille can be rotated by lifting it up slightly and rotating it into the desired position (see Figure 6).
4.0 CONNECTIONS
Correct, tight connections to your amplifier are extremely important for your listening experience. Always use cables of the same type and preferably the same length for the left and right channels. We recommend using DALI CONNECT loudspeaker cable, available from your dealer.
Correct polarity is a detail that is often overlooked when connecting loudspeakers. The red (+) terminal of the amplifier must be connected to the red (+) terminal of the loudspeaker. The black (-) terminal of the amplifier must be connected to the black (-) terminal of the loudspeaker (see Figure 9A). In a stereo or surround installation, even a single loudspeaker connected in reverse polarity will make the bass weaker and the stereo image unfocused.
For the optimal listening experience, the right loudspeaker (as seen from the listening position) must be connected to the amplifier output terminals marked "R" or "Right". The left loudspeaker must be connected to the amplifier output terminals marked "L" or "Left".
NOTE: Before connecting cables or changing any connections, ALWAYS turn off your amplifier.
NOTE: Make sure that bare conductors are tightly gripped by the terminals with no loose wires that could cause a short circuit and damage the amplifier (see Figure 8).
NOTE: If you are using DALI RUBIKORE in a surround system, follow the instructions included with your surround amplifier.
4.1 SINGLE-WIRING versus BI-WIRING/BI-AMPING
All DALI RUBIKORE loudspeakers can be connected using a single loudspeaker cable (see Figures 9A and 9B). However, DALI RUBIKORE 2, 6 and 8 are equipped with two pairs of terminals, allowing you the option of running two sets of cables to each loudspeaker. The top terminal pair is internally connected to the crossover network's high frequency section. The bottom terminal pair is internally connected to the crossover network's bass section.
NOTE: When bi-wiring or bi-amping, ALWAYS remove the metal jumpers between the terminals before connecting cables (see Figures 9C and 9D).
For bi-wiring, connect two sets of loudspeaker cables, one to the top terminals and one to the bottom terminals of the loudspeakers. At the amplifier end, connect both sets of loudspeaker cables to the same pair of terminals on the amplifier (see Figure 9C).
For bi-amping, connect two sets of loudspeaker cables, one to the top terminals and one to the bottom terminals of the loudspeakers. At the amplifier end, connect one set of loudspeaker cables to one amplifier, and connect the other set of cables to the second amplifier (see Figure 9D).
5.0 RUNNING-IN
Like any mechanical system, a loudspeaker requires a "running-in" period to perform at its best. You will experience a gradual increase in sound quality during the first period of use. The break-in period will vary depending on use and playback volume. You should expect up to 100 hours of playback until maximum performance is reached. Unlike other mechanical systems, the life span of a loudspeaker is increased by normal, regular playback of music.
6.0 CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
If the loudspeaker cabinets are dirty, wipe them with a damp and well-wrung soft cloth. Avoid touching the loudspeaker cones, as they are very fragile. If the cones need cleaning, use only a dry, soft cloth and be very careful. Avoid touching the tweeter domes. The loudspeaker grilles can be cleaned with a clothes brush and wiped with a well wrung. lint-free cloth and mild all-purpose cleaner.
6.1 AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT
The surfaces of the loudspeakers may fade or become discoloured over time when exposed to direct sunlight. Therefore avoid positioning the loudspeakers in direct sunlight.
7.0 DISPOSAL
If you want to dispose of this product, do not mix it with general household waste. There is a separate collection system for used electronic products in accordance with legislation that requires proper treatment, recovery and recycling. Private households in the EU member states, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway may return their used electronic products free of charge to designated collection facilities or to a retailer (if you purchase a similar new one). If you reside in countries not mentioned above, please contact your local authorities for the correct method of disposal. By following this process, you will ensure that your disposed product undergoes the necessary treatment, recovery and recycling and thus prevent potential negative effects on the environment and human health.
8.0 POWER AND SOUND PRESSURE
How loud a loudspeaker can play and still sound good depends entirely on the signal it has to reproduce. This means that it is not possible to define a specific signal level to use when comparing different speakers.
Processing a pure, undistorted signal from a powerful amplifier is easier than processing a distorted signal from a low-power amplifier pushed beyond its capacity. The signal from a distorting (clipping) amplifier contains much more high-frequency information than an undistorted signal, and therefore puts a heavy strain on the tweeters. As a result, loudspeakers are often damaged by low-power amplifiers that are forced to work too hard – and very rarely by powerful amplifiers, which are practically running idle most of the time.
It is also worth noting that turning tone controls on your amplifier above the neutral setting significantly burdens both loudspeakers and amplifier. On a good sound system, tone controls should only be used to compensate for poor recordings and not to permanently compensate for weaknesses elsewhere in the system.
For this reason, DALI recommends that the tone controls are generally set to the neutral position. You can achieve your desired sound image by positioning the loudspeakers correctly. Keep the volume low enough to keep the sound clear and undistorted. This will minimise the load on the speakers and amplifier.
All DALI loudspeakers are designed with linear impedance for an optimal amplifier load. The result is a significantly more open and detailed sonic image.
9.0 THE LISTENING ROOM
Every room has its own distinctive acoustics. These affect the way we experience sound from a loudspeaker. The sound you hear is made up of direct sound from the loudspeakers and reflected sound from the floor, ceiling and walls. The latter affects the way you experience the sound. As a general rule, try to avoid large, hard, reflective surfaces in the immediate vicinity of your loudspeakers, as these tend to cause strong reflections that can affect the accuracy and spaciousness of the sound reproduction. Reflections can be reduced by placing a plant between the loudspeaker and the reflective surface. Soft objects such as carpets, curtains, etc. may help if the sound is too bright. The amount and quality of deep bass depend on the size and shape of the room and the position of the loudspeakers. Placing the loudspeakers close to a side or back wall will emphasise the bass. Placing them in corners will accentuate the bass even more, but will also increase reflections.
10.0 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- · Always follow all safety guidelines
- DALI RUBIKORE loudspeakers are intended for indoor use.
- The loudspeakers must only be used indoors and never in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
- · DALI RUBIKORE loudspeakers must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
- Power off the amplifier when connecting the loudspeaker cables to the loudspeaker and the amplifier.
- Extended use of loudspeakers at high volume levels may cause hearing damage. Do not raise the volume beyond comfortable levels.
11.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
In Table 2 you will find the most common specifications for our loudspeakers. Please keep in mind that there are countless methods for measuring loudspeakers. However, none of them tell you anything useful about how a loudspeaker really sounds. Only your ears can decide whether one loudspeaker sounds better than another. Like all our loudspeakers, the DALI RUBIKORE series is designed to reproduce music as honestly as possible.

1.0 EINLEITUNG
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihren neuen DALI RUBIKORE Lautsprechern. Es ist wichtig, dass Ihre neuen DALI-Lautsprecher richtig aufgestellt und angeschlossen werden. Daher empfehlen wir Ihnen, diese Anleitung zu lesen und die Anweisungen zu befolgen.
Diese Anleitung enthält Anweisungen zur Einrichtung und zum Anschluss sowie Tipps und Ratschläge, wie Sie Ihre neuen Lautsprecher optimal nutzen. 2.0 AUSPACKEN
Achten Sie darauf, beim Auspacken die Teile nicht zu beschädigen. Je nachdem, welches DALI RUBIKORE-Modell Sie gekauft haben, liegen dem Lautsprecher unterschiedliche Zubehörteile bei. Überprüfen Sie zunächst, ob der Karton alle Teile enthält – siehe Tabelle 1. Bewahren Sie die Verpackung für den Fall auf, dass die Lautsprecher später einmal transportiert oder repariert werden müssen.
2.1 LAUTSPRECHERABDECKUNGEN
Die Lautsprecher werden mit bereits montierten Lautsprecherabdeckungen geliefert. Wenn Sie eine Lautsprecherabdeckung abnehmen möchten, lösen Sie die Abdeckung, indem Sie vorsichtig und gleichmäßig an den Stiften ziehen, die sie festhalten. Es ist wichtig, dass alle Stifte gleichmäßig gelöst werden, bevor Sie die Lautsprecherabdeckung abnehmen. Andernfalls kann die Lautsprecherabdeckung beschädigt werden.
3.0 POSITIONIERUNG
Um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen, sollte die Lautsprecheranordnung symmetrisch zu Ihrer bevorzugten Hörposition sein (siehe Abbildungen 1A bis 1C). Wir empfehlen Ihnen, mit den Positionen Ihrer Lautsprecher zu experimentieren – je nach Lautsprecherposition ändert sich der Klang. Bei den Modellen DALI RUBIKORE 2, RUBIKORE CINEMA und RUBIKORE ON-WALL sollten die Lautsprecher idealerweise so positioniert werden, dass sich die Hochtöner etwa auf Ohrhöhe befindet, wenn Sie an Ihrer bevorzugten Hörposition sitzen. Die Modelle DALI RUBIKORE 6 und 8 sind als Standlautsprecher konzipiert. Sie sollten mindestens 20 cm (8 Zoll) von der Wand entfernt aufgestellt werden. Die Modelle DALI RUBIKORE 2 und RUBIKORE CINEMA sollten ebenfalls mindestens 20 cm (8 Zoll) von der Wand entfernt platziert werden. Das Modell DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL ist für die Wandmontage optimiert, kann aber auch ohne weiteres in oder auf einem Regal aufgestellt werden. Bei der Montage an einer Wand sollte der Abstand zur Oberfläche unter dem Lautsprecher mindestens 10 cm (4 Zoll) betragen, und bei der Aufstellung in oder auf einem Regal sollte der Abstand zur Wand mindestens 10 cm (4 Zoll) betragen.
Wenn sich zwischen den Lautsprechern und der Hörposition Gegenstände befinden, kann dies die Klangqualität beeinträchtigen. Alle DALI RUBIKORE-Lautsprecher sind nach unserem Wide-Dispersion-Prinzip konzipiert. Daher sollten sie nicht zur Hörposition ge-

neigt, sondern parallel zur Rückwand aufgestellt werden (siehe Abbildung 2). Durch die parallele Positionierung werden Verzerrungen im Haupthörbereich reduziert und die Raumintegration verbessert. Eine breite Abstrahlung stellt außerdem sicher, dass der Klang gleichmäßig in einem großen Bereich des Hörraums zu hören ist.
3.1 DALI RUBIKORE 6 und 8
Diese Lautsprecher sind so konzipiert, dass sie mit dem mitgelieferten Premium-Spike-Set oder Gummipolstern unter den Lautsprechern auf den Boden gestellt werden können (siehe Abbildungen 3 und 4). Ziehen Sie die Kontermuttern nicht zu fest an. Spikes oder Gummipolster können die Klangqualität verbessern. Sie können beides ausprobieren, um herauszufinden, mit welcher Variante Sie die beste Klangqualität erhalten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Spikes den Boden beschädigen können, wenn dieser nicht geschützt ist.
HINWEIS: Auf manchen Untergründen und in manchen Räumen kann durch die Verwendung von Spikes unter Lautsprechern ein besonders gutes Ergebnis erzielt werden. Die (im Lieferumfang enthalten) Spikes sollten locker in den Aluminiumfüßen befestigt werden, so dass die Muttern des Spikes nur leicht angezogen sind. Befestigen Sie die Aluminiumfüße mit den Schrauben in den Gewindelöchern an der Unterseite des Lautsprechers. Drücken Sie die Füße gegen das Lautsprechergehäuse, bevor Sie die Schrauben festziehen. Stellen Sie den Lautsprecher mit den montierten Spikes aufrecht auf den Boden, so dass er stabil steht, ohne zu wackeln. Ziehen Sie die Stoppmuttern fest, sodass die vier Spikes fest in den Aluminiumfüßen sitzen. Diese Montage- und Einrichtungsschritte gewährleisten eine stabile mechanische Kopplung mit der Oberfläche unter dem Lautsprecher (siehe Abbildung 3).
3.2 DALI RUBIKORE 2
Das Modell DALI RUBIKORE 2 ist für die Platzierung auf einer Stativhalterung optimiert, kann aber auch ohne weiteres in oder auf einem Regal aufgestellt werden. Bei der Positionierung auf einer Stativhalterung oder in einem Regal können zur Verbesserung der Standfestigkeit und der Verminderung von Vibrationen die beiliegenden Puffer unter dem Lautsprecher platziert werden (siehe Abbildung 4).
Um den bestmöglichen Klang zu erzielen, empfehlen wir, die Lautsprecher so zu platzieren, dass sich die Hochtönermodule ungefähr in Höhe Ihrer Ohren befinden, wenn Sie sich in Ihrer bevorzugten Hörposition befinden.
3.3 DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL und RUBIKORE CINEMA
Das Modell DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL ist für die Wandmontage optimiert (siehe Abbildung 5), kann aber auch auf/in einem Regal oder auf einem TV-Möbel verwendet werden. DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL kann als linker, rechter, Center- oder Surround-Lautsprecher in horizontaler oder vertikaler Position verwendet werden.
Dank des drehbaren DALI Hybrid-Hochtöners können die Modelle RUBIKORE CINEMA und RUBIKORE ON-WALL sowohl in horizontaler als auch in vertikaler Ausrichtung installiert werden, sodass für Front- und Center-Anwendungen dasselbe Lautsprechermodell verwendet werden kann – so, wie es oft auch im Tonstudio beim Abmischen der Fall ist.
Das Hybrid-Hochtönermodul sollte so gedreht werden, dass der Planar-Hochtöner vertikal (aufrecht) ausgerichtet ist. Das ist wichtig, um eine breite horizontale Streuung zu gewährleisten und die feinen Details im Hochfrequenzbereich zu erhalten.
RUBIKORE CINEMA ist für die Verwendung als Front- und Center-Kanal im Heimkino konzipiert. Dieses Modell kann entweder auf einem Ständer montiert oder in/auf einem Regal platziert werden.
Ihr autorisierter Händler oder Ihr Servicebetrieb kann Ihnen beim Rotieren des Hybrid-Hochtöners helfen. Um das Hybrid-Hochtönermodul aus dem Lautsprechergehäuse zu entnehmen, entfernen Sie die vier Schrauben mit einem 3-mm-Inbusschlüssel (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Drehen Sie nach dem Ausbau das Hybrid-Hochtöner-Modul um 90 Grad.
Setzen Sie das gedrehte Hybrid-Hochtöner-Modul wieder ein und fixieren Sie es mit den vier Schrauben (Abbildung 7). Achten Sie dabei darauf, die Schrauben nicht zu fest anzuziehen.
Bei der Positionierung in einem Regal oder TV-Möbel können (sowohl bei horizontaler als auch vertikaler Ausrichtung) zur Verbesserung der Standfestigkeit und der Verminderung von Vibrationen die beiliegenden Puffer unter dem Lautsprecher platziert werden (siehe Abbildung 4).
Sie können das DALI-Logo auf der Lautsprecherabdeckung einfach drehen, indem Sie es leicht anhebe und in die gewünschte Position drehen (siehe Abbildung 6).
4.0 ANSCHLUSSMÖGLICHKEITEN
Für Ihr Hörerlebnis sind korrekte und sichere Verbindungen zu Ihrer Endstufe äußerst wichtig. Verwenden Sie für den linken und rechten Kanal immer Kabel des gleichen Typs und vorzugsweise auch gleicher Länge. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von DALI CON-NECT Lautsprecherkabel, das Sie bei Ihrem Fachhändler erhalten.
Die richtige Polarität ist ein Detail, das beim Anschluss von Lautsprechern oft übersehen wird. Der rote / mit einem Plus gekennzeichnete Anschluss der Endstufe muss mit der roten (+) Lautsprecherklemme verbunden werden. Der schwarze / mit einem Minus gekennzeichnete Anschluss der Endstufe muss mit der schwarzen (-) Lautsprecherklemme verbunden werden – siehe Abbildung 9A. In einer Stereo- oder Surround-Installation führt selbst ein einzelner Lautsprecher mit falscher Polarität dazu, dass der Bass schwächer und das Stereobild unscharf wird.
Für ein optimales Hörerlebnis muss der (von der Hörposition aus betrachtet) rechte Lautsprecher an die mit "R" oder "Right" gekennzeichneten Ausgangsklemmen der Endstufe angeschlossen werden. Der linke Lautsprecher muss an die mit "L" oder "Left" gekennzeichneten Ausgangsklemmen der Endstufe angeschlossen werden.
HINWEIS: Schalten Sie Ihre Endstufe IMMER aus, bevor Sie Kabel anschließen oder Verbindungen ändern.
HINWEIS: Stellen Sie sicher, dass blanke Adern fest an den Anschlüssen befestigt sind und keine losen Drähte herausstehen, die einen Kurzschluss verursachen und die Endstufe beschädigen könnten (siehe Abbildung 8).
HINWEIS: Wenn Sie DALI RUBIKORE Lautsprecher in einem Surround-System verwenden, befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, die Ihrer Surroundendstufe beiliegen.
4.1 SINGLE-WIRING und BI-WIRING/BI-AMPING
Alle DALI RUBIKORE Lautsprecher können über ein einziges Lautsprecherkabel angeschlossen werden (siehe Abbildungen 9A und 9B). Allerdings sind die Modelle DALI RUBI-KORE 2, 6 und 8 mit zwei Klemmenpaaren ausgestattet, sodass Sie die Möglichkeit haben, diese Lautsprecher mit je zwei Kabelsätzen an Ihre Endstufe(n) anzuschließen. Das obere Anschlusspaar ist intern mit dem Hochfrequenzteil des Frequenzweichen-Netzwerks verbunden. Das untere Anschlusspaar ist intern mit dem Tieffrequenzteil des Frequenzweichen-Netzwerks verbunden.
HINWEIS: Wenn Sie Ihre Lautsprecher im Bi-Wiring- oder Bi-Amping-Modus betreiben, entfernen Sie IMMER die Metallbrücken zwischen den Anschlüssen, bevor Sie die Lautsprecherkabel anschließen (siehe Abbildungen 9C und 9D).
Beim Bi-Wiring schließen Sie den Lautsprecher mit zwei Sätzen Lautsprecherkabel an – einen an die oberen und einen an die unteren Anschlüsse der Lautsprecher. An der Endstufe verbinden Sie beide Lautsprecherkabelsätze mit demselben Klemmenpaar (siehe Abbildung 9C).
Beim Bi-Amping schließen Sie den Lautsprecher mit zwei Sätzen Lautsprecherkabel an – einen an die oberen und einen an die unteren Anschlüsse der Lautsprecher. Endstufenseitig schließen Sie einen Satz Lautsprecherkabel an eine Endstufe und den anderen Kabelsatz an die zweiten Endstufe an (siehe Abbildung 9D).
5.0 EINSPIELZEIT
Ein Lautsprecher benötigt wie jedes mechanische System eine "Einlaufzeit", damit er seine optimale Leistung erbringen kann. Während der ersten Nutzungsphase werden Sie eine allmähliche Steigerung der Klangqualität feststellen. Diese Einspielzeit variiert je nach Nutzung und Wiedergabelautstärke. Sie sollten mit bis zu 100 Stunden Wiedergabezeit rechnen, bis die maximale Wiedergabequalität erreicht ist. Im Gegensatz zu anderen mechanischen Systemen verlängert sich die Lebensdauer eines Lautsprechers durch die normale, regelmäßize Wiedergabe von Musik.
6.0 REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Wenn die Lautsprechergehäuse verschmutzt sind, wischen Sie diese mit einem feuchten und gut ausgewrungenen weichen Tuch ab. Vermeiden Sie es, die Lautsprechermembranen zu berühren, da diese sehr empfindlich sind. Wenn die Lautsprechermembranen gereinigt werden müssen, verwenden Sie hierfür nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch und gehen Sie sehr vorsichtig vor. Vermeiden Sie es, die Kalotten der Hochtöner zu berühren. Die Lautsprecherabdeckungen können zunächst mit einer Kleiderbürste gereinigt und dann mit einem gut ausgewrungenen, fusselfreien Tuch abgewischt werden, auf das Sie einen milden Allzweckreiniger aufgebracht haben.
6.1 VERMEIDEN SIE DIREKTES SONNENLICHT
Die Oberflächen Ihrer Lautsprecher können im Laufe der Zeit verblassen oder sich verfärben, wenn sie direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt werden. Vermeiden Sie daher die Aufstellung der Lautsprecher in direktem Sonnenlicht.
7.0 ENTSORGUNG
Geben Sie dieses Produkt zur Entsorgung nicht in den allgemeinen Hausmüll. Es gibt ein separates Sammelsystem für eine Entsorgung gebrauchter elektronischer Produkte ge-
mäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, die eine ordnungsgemäße Nutzung, Rückgewinnung und Wiederverwertung vorschreiben. Private Haushalte in den Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union, der Schweiz, Liechtenstein und Norwegen können ihre gebrauchten elektronischen Produkte kostenlos an bestimmte Sammelstellen oder bei einem Einzelhändler zurückgeben (wenn dort ein vergleichbares Neugerät gekauft wird). Wenn Sie in einem hier nicht aufgeführten Land leben, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre örtlichen Behörden, um sich über die korrekte Entsorgung zu informieren. Indem Sie so vorgehen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Komponenten des entsorgten Produkt in der erforderlichen Weise verarbeitet, rückgewonnen und dem Recycling zugeführt werden können. So werden auch Umweltschäden und negative Auswirkungen auf die menschliche Gesundheit vermieden.
8.0 LEISTUNG UND SCHALLDRUCK
Wie laut ein Lautsprecher Musik wiedergeben kann, ohne dass die Klangqualität leidet, hängt ganz von dem wiedergegebenen Signal ab. Es ist daher nicht möglich, einen bestimmten Signalpegel festzulegen, der beim Vergleich verschiedener Lautsprecher verwendet werden sollte.
Die Verarbeitung eines reinen, unverzerrten Signals von einer leistungsstarken Endstufe ist einfacher als die Verarbeitung eines verzerrten Signals von einer schwächeren Endstufe,die über ihre Kapazität hinaus beansprucht wird. Wenn es zu Verzerrungen (Clipping) an der Endstufe kommt, enthält das Signal viel mehr Höhen als ein unverzerrtes Signal, wodurch die Hochtöner stärker belastet werden. Dadurch werden Lautsprecher häufig beim Betrieb an leistungsschwachen, "überforderten" Endstufen beschädigt – und sehr selten durch leistungsstarke Endstufen, welche die meiste Zeit praktisch im Leerlauf laufen.
Ebenso ist zu beachten, dass das Anheben von Frequenzbereichen mit den Klangreglern Ihrer Endstufe sowohl die Lautsprecher als auch die Endstufe selbst erheblich belastet. Bei einem hochwertigen Audiosystem sollten Klangregler nur dazu verwendet werden, Schwächen einer Aufnahme auszugleichen – und nicht, um Schwächen an anderer Stelle des Wiedergabesystems dauerhaft zu kompensieren.
Aus diesem Grund empfiehlt DALI, die Klangregler generell auf die Neutralstellung zu stellen. Das gewünschte Klangbild sollten Sie dann durch die korrekte Aufstellung der Lautsprecher erreichen. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke so niedrig ein, dass der Klang klar und unverzerrt bleibt. Dadurch wird die Belastung für die Lautsprecher und die Endstufe minimiert.
Alle DALI-Lautsprecher sind mit linearer Impedanz für eine optimale Verstärkerlast ausgelegt. Das Ergebnis ist ein deutlich offeneres und detaillierteres Klangbild.
9.0 DER HÖRRAUM
Jeder Raum hat seine eigene, unverwechselbare Akustik. Sie beeinflusst die Art und Weise, wie wir den Klang eines Lautsprechers wahrnehmen. Der Klang, den Sie hören, besteht sowohl aus dem Schall, welchen die Lautsprecher direkt abstrahlen, als auch aus dem von Wänden und Decke reflektierten Schall. Letzteres wird in wesentlichem Umfang Ihr Klangerlebnis beeinflussen. Versuchen Sie grundsätzlich, große, harte, reflektierende Flächen in unmittelbarer Nähe Ihrer Lautsprecher zu vermeiden, da dort starke Reflexionen auftreten können, welche die Präzision und Räumlichkeit der Klangwiedergabe beeinträchtigen können. Reflexionen können zum Beispiel reduziert werden, indem eine Pflanze
zwischen dem Lautsprecher und der reflektierenden Oberfläche platziert wird. Objekte mit weicher Oberfläche (beispielsweise Teppiche oder Vorhänge) können helfen, einen als zu höhenreich empfundenen Klang zu "entschärfen". Die Intensität sowie Qualität der tiefen Bässe hängen von Größe und Form des Raumes sowie der Platzierung der Lautsprecher ab. Wenn Sie die Lautsprecher nahe an einer Seiten- oder Rückwand platzieren, wird der Bassbereich betont. Wenn Sie Ihre Lautsprecher in Ecken platzieren, wird der Bass noch stärker betont, und auch die Reflexionen nehmen zu.

Allerdings können Sie aus keinem Messwert ableiten, wie ein Lautsprecher wirklich klingt. Nur Ihre Ohren können entscheiden, ob ein Lautsprecher besser klingt als ein anderer. 2.0 开箱
打开零件包装时,注意不要损坏零件。达尼 RUBIKORE 音箱配有不同的配件,具体取 决于您购买的型号。请检查包装箱内零件是否齐全(参见表 1)。请保留包装材料,以 防日后需要搬运或维修音箱。
2.1 网罩
开箱时,网罩前面已装在音箱上。如果您想拆除网罩前面,可慢慢拉动固定销钉将其松开。务必将所有销钉均匀松开后再拆除网罩。否则网罩可能会损坏。
3.0 摆放

3.1 达尼 RUBIKORE 6 和 8
使用随附的一套高级脚钉或将橡胶减震器置于音箱下方,可将这些音箱直立放置在 地板上(见图3和图4)。注意不要将反向螺母拧得过紧。脚钉或橡胶减震器可以改善 音质。您可以用这两种方法分别进行试听,看看哪一种可以让您的设备产生最佳音 质。请注意,如果没有防护措施,脚钉可能会损坏地板。
注意:对于某些地板和某些房间,使用脚钉是获得最佳效果的关键。应将脚钉(随附) 固定在铝制脚垫上,但不要太紧,稍微拧紧脚钉的螺母即可。使用螺钉将铝制脚垫安 装到音箱底部的螺纹孔中。将脚垫紧贴音箱箱体,然后拧紧螺钉。将装有脚钉的音箱

3.2 达尼 RUBIKORE 2
达尼 RUBIKORE 2 针对支架安装进行了优化,但摆放在架子上也能达到很好的效果。如果要摆放在支架或架子上,可将随附的减震器放置在音箱下方,以消除振动, 提高稳定性(见图 4)。

3.3 达尼 RUBIKORE ON-WALL 和 RUBIKORE CINEMA
达尼 RUBIKORE ON-WALL 针对墙壁安装进行了优化 (见图 5),但也可以摆放在架 子或电视柜上。达尼 RUBIKORE ON-WALL 可用作左音箱、右音箱、中置音箱或环绕 声音箱,可水平安装或竖直安装。
RUBIKORE CINEMA 和 RUBIKORE ON-WALL 采用了可旋转的达尼 Hybrid Tweeter,支持水平安装和竖直安装,从而可以在前置和中置应用中使用完全相同的 音箱,就像在混音室中一样。

您可以让授权经销商或维修机构帮您旋转 Hybrid Tweeter。要将 Hybrid Tweeter 模块从音箱箱体中拆除,先用 3 mm 内六角扳手(未附送)拆下四颗螺钉。拆下后,再 将 Hybrid Tweeter 旋转 90 度。
插入旋转后的 Hybrid Tweeter,然后用四颗螺钉将其安装好(图 7)。重新组装音箱时,注意不要将螺钉拧得过紧。

4.0 连接
正确、牢固地连接到放大器对于您的聆听体验极其重要。左、右声道应始终使用相同 类型的线缆,线缆长度最好相同。建议使用您的经销商提供的 DALI CONNECT 音箱 线。
正负极的正确连接是连接音箱时常常会忽视的一个细节。放大器的红色(+)接线端 子必须与音箱的红色(+)接线端子相连。放大器的黑色(-)接线端子必须与音箱的黑 色(-)接线端子相连(见图9A)。在立体声或环绕声设备中,即使只有一台音箱的正负 极接反了,也会导致低音变弱、立体声声像不聚焦的问题。
为了获得最佳聆听体验,右音箱(从聆听位置来看)必须连接到放大器上标有"R"或" 右"的输出端子,左音箱必须连接到放大器上标有"L"或"左"的输出端子。
注意:连接线缆或更改任何连接之前,请务必关闭放大器。
注意:请确保裸露的导线被接线端子紧紧夹住,没有松动的电线,否则可能导致短路 并损坏放大器(见图 8)。
注意:如果您在环绕声系统中使用了达尼 RUBIKORE,请遵循环绕声放大器附带的说明。
4.1 单线分音与双线分音/双路放大
所有达尼 RUBIKORE 音箱都可以用一根音箱线连接(见图 9A、9B)。然而,DALI RUBIKORE 2、6 和 8 配备了两对接线端子,您可以选择为每台音箱连接两组线缆。 顶部端子对从内部连接到分频网络的高频部分。底部端子对从内部连接到分频网络的低音部分。
注意:如果使用双线分音或双路放大,在连接线缆之前,务必将端子之间的金属跳线 拆除(见图 9C、9D)。
对于双线分音,请连接两组音箱线,其中一组连接音箱的顶部端子,另一组连接底部 端子。在放大器端,将两组音箱线连接到放大器上的同一对端子(见图 9C)。

5.0 煲机
与任何机械系统一样,音箱需要经过一段"磨合"期才能发挥最佳性能。首次使用期间,您会体验到音质在逐渐提升。磨合期会因使用情况和播放音量而异。在达到最佳性能之前,预计需要播放长达100小时。与其他机械系统不同,音箱可通过正常定期播放音乐来延长使用寿命。
6.0 清洁与维护
如果音箱箱体脏了,请将一块软布打湿并拧干后进行擦拭。音箱音盆非常容易损坏, 请勿触碰。如果音盆需要清洁,只能使用干燥的软布,并且要非常小心。请勿触摸高 音喇叭球顶。音箱网罩可以用衣物刷进行清洁,也可以使用无绒布加温和的万能清 洁剂来擦拭,擦拭前要将无绒布拧干。
6.1 避免阳光直射
音箱表面长时间受到阳光直射后可能会褪色或变色。因此,应避免将音箱放置在阳光直射的位置。
7.0 处理

8.0 功率和声压
一台音箱在保证音质良好的情况下能够播放多高的音量,完全取决于其要再现的信 号。这意味着无法限定一个具体的信号电平用于比较不同的音箱。
与低功率放大器发出的超出其容量的失真信号相比,大功率放大器发出的纯净、无 失真信号更容易处理。失真(限幅)放大器的信号所包含的高频信息远远多于无失真 信号,所以会加重高音喇叭的工作负载。因此,音箱经常因为低功率放大器被迫超负 荷工作而损坏,但很少因为大功率放大器而损坏,因为大功率放大器实际上大部分 时间都在空转。
同样值得注意的是,如果将放大器上的音色控制器旋至中间设置以上,会大大加重 音箱和放大器的工作负载。对于一个良好的音响系统,音色控制器应该只用于补偿 糟糕的录音,而不是永久补偿系统中的其他缺陷。
因此,达尼建议在一般情况下,将音色控制器设置到中间位置。您可以通过正确摆放 音箱来实现理想的声像。保持足够低的音量,使声音清晰而不失真。这样可最大限度 地减少音箱和放大器的负载。
所有达尼音箱均采用线性阻抗设计,可实现放大器的最佳负载,从而形成更开放、细 节更丰富的声像。
9.0 听音室
每个房间都有其独特的声学特征,这会影响我们感知音箱声音的方式。您听到的声音中既有直接来自音箱的声音,也有从地板、天花板和墙壁反射的声音。反射声会影响您的听音体验。一般原则是:尽量让音箱远离大面积的硬反射面,因为这些区域往往会产生较强的声波反射,影响声音还原的精度和空间感。在音箱和反射面之间摆放植物可减少反射。如果声音太过明亮,可使用地毯、窗帘等柔软物品加以缓和。重低音的音量和音质都与房间的大小、形状以及音箱的摆放位置有关。将音箱靠近侧面或背面的墙摆放会突出低音。若靠墙角摆放,低音会更突出,但反射也会增强。

2.0 DÉBALLAGE
Prenez soin de ne pas endommager le contenu lors du déballage des différents composants. Selon le modèle DALI RUBIKORE que vous avez acheté, différents accessoires sont livrés avec l'enceinte. Assurez-vous que l'emballage en carton contient toutes les pièces (cf tableau 1). Conservez les matériaux d'emballage, dans l'éventualité où vous devriez transporter ou faire réparer vos enceintes.
2.1 GRILLES
Les enceintes sont fournies avec les grilles frontales déjà montées quand vous les déballez. Si vous souhaitez retirer la façade de la grille, desserrez-la en tirant progressivement sur les broches qui la maintiennent en place. Il est important que toutes les broches soient desserrées uniformément avant de retirer la grille. Sinon, la grille pourrait être endommagée.
3.0 POSITIONNEMENT
Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, la configuration des enceintes doit être symétrique par rapport à votre position d'écoute préférée (voir les figures 1A à 1C). Nous vous recommandons d'expérimenter avec les positions de vos enceintes – la qualité du son changera en fonction de la position des enceintes. Pour DALI RUBIKORE 2, RUBIKORE CINEMA et RUBIKORE ON-WALL, les enceintes doivent idéalement être positionnés de manière à ce que les tweeters soient approximativement à hauteur d'oreille lorsque vous êtes assis dans votre position d'écoute préférée. Les DALI RU-BIKORE 6 et 8 sont conçues comme des enceintes sur pied. Elles doivent être positionnées à au moins 20 cm (8 pouces) du mur arrière. DALI RUBIKORE 2 et RUBI-KORE CINEMA doivent également être positionnées à au moins 20 cm (8 pouces) du mur arrière. DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL est optimisée pour un montage mural, mais fonctionnera également bien sur une étagère. Si elle est montée sur un mur, il doit y avoir au moins 10 cm (4 pouces) de toute surface située sous l'enceinte, et si elle est
placée sur une étagère, il doit y avoir une distance d'au moins 10 cm (4 pouces) du mur.
La présence d'objets situés entre l'enceinte et la position d'écoute peut avoir un effet négatif sur la qualité sonore. Toutes les enceintes DALI RUBIKORE sont conçues pour suivre notre principe de large dispersion, elles ne doivent donc pas être inclinées vers la position d'écoute, mais être positionnées parallèlement à la paroi arrière (voir Figure 2). Le positionnement parallèle réduit la distorsion dans la zone d'écoute principale et améliore l'intégration de la pièce. Le principe de diffusion large garantit également une répartition homogène du son dans le grand espace de la pièce d'écoute.
3.1 DALI RUBIKORE 6 et 8
Ces enceintes sont conçues pour reposer sur le sol, à l'aide du jeu de pointes Premium fourni ou d'amortisseurs en caoutchouc sous les enceintes(voir les figures 3 et 4). Faites attention à ne pas trop serrer les contre-écrous. Des pointes ou des amortisseurs en caoutchouc peuvent améliorer la qualité sonore. Vous pouvez essayer les deux pour entendre ce qui donne la meilleure qualité sonore dans votre configuration. Veuillez noter que les pointes peuvent endommager le sol s'il n'est pas protégé.
REMARQUE : Sur certains sols et dans certaines pièces, l'utilisation de pointes est un aspect crucial pour obtenir le meilleur résultat. Les pointes (incluses) doivent être fixées sans serrer dans les pieds en aluminium, en laissant les écrous des pointes légèrement serrés. À l'aide des vis, montez les pieds en aluminium dans les trous filetés au bas de l'enceinte. Poussez les pieds contre le boîtier de l'enceinte avant de serrer les vis. Placez l'enceinte avec les pointes montées à la verticale sur le sol, de manière à ce qu'elle soit stable sans basculer. Serrez les écrous afin que les quatre pointes soient bien en place dans les pieds en aluminium. Ces étapes d'assemblage et de configuration garantissent un couplage mécanique stable à la surface située en dessous (voir Figure 3).
3.2 DALI RUBIKORE 2
DALI RUBIKORE 2 est optimisée pour un montage sur pied, mais fonctionnera également bien sur une étagère. Si elles sont positionnées sur un support ou une étagère, les amortisseurs fournis peuvent être placés sous l'enceinte pour un positionnement stable et sans vibrations (voir Figure 4).
Pour le meilleur son possible, nous vous recommandons de placer les enceintes avec les modules tweeter à peu près à la même hauteur que vos oreilles lorsque vous êtes assis dans votre position d'écoute préférée.
3.3 DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL et RUBIKORE CINEMA
DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL est optimisée pour un montage mural (voir Figure 5) mais peut également être utilisée sur une étagère ou sur un meuble TV. DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL peut être utilisée comme haut-parleur gauche, droit, central ou surround en position horizontale ou verticale.
Le DALI Hybrid Tweeter rotatif permet au RUBIKORE CINEMA et le RUBIKORE ON-WALL d'être installée en orientation horizontale ou verticale, ce qui permet d'utiliser
exactement la même enceinte pour les applications avant et centrales, comme dans un studio de mixage.
Le module de tweeter hybride doit être tourné de manière à ce que l'unité de tweeter planaire reste verticale (debout), ce qui est important pour préserver la large dispersion horizontale et les détails fins des hautes fréquences.
La RUBIKORE CINEMA est conçue pour les rôles de canal avant et central de home cinéma, soit montée sur pied, soit posée sur une étagère.
Votre revendeur agréé ou centre de service peut vous aider à faire pivoter le Hybrid Tweeter pour vous. Pour retirer le module de Hybrid Tweeter de l'enceinte, utilisez un embout Allen de 3 mm (non fourni) et dévissez les quatre vis. Une fois démonté, faites pivoter le Hybrid Tweeter de 90 degrés.
Insérez le Hybrid Tweeter pivoté et réinstallez-le à l'aide des quatre vis (Figure 7). Faites attention à ne pas trop serrer les vis lors du remontage du haut-parleur.
S'ils sont placés sur une étagère ou un meuble TV, les amortisseurs fournis peuvent être placés sous l'enceinte (en position verticale ou horizontale) pour un positionnement stable et sans vibrations (voir Figure 4).
Le logo DALI sur la grille avant peut être tourné en le soulevant légèrement et en le tournant dans la position souhaitée (voir Figure 6).
4.0 CONNEXIONS
Des connexions correctes et fermes à votre amplificateur sont extrêmement importantes pour votre expérience d'écoute. Utilisez toujours des câbles du même type et de préférence de même longueur pour les canaux gauche et droit. Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser le câble haut-parleur DALI CONNECT, disponible chez votre revendeur.
La polarité correcte est un détail souvent négligé lors du raccordement des enceintes. La borne rouge (+) de l'amplificateur doit être connectée à la borne rouge (+) de l'enceinte. La borne noire (-) de l'amplificateur doit être connectée à la borne noire (-) de l'enceinte (voir Figure 9A). Dans une installation stéréo ou surround, une seule enceinte connectée en polarité inversée suffit pour rendre les basses plus faibles et l'image stéréo floue.
Pour une expérience d'écoute optimale, l'enceinte droite (vue depuis la position d'écoute) doit être connectée aux bornes de sortie de l'amplificateur marquées « R » ou « Right ». L'enceinte gauche doit être connectée aux bornes de sortie de l'amplificateur marquées « L » ou « Left ».
REMARQUE : Avant de connecter des câbles ou de modifier des connexions, éteignez TOUJOURS votre amplificateur.
REMARQUE : Assurez-vous que les conducteurs nus sont fermement serrés par les bornes et qu'il n'y a pas de fils lâches qui pourraient provoquer un court-circuit et endommager l'amplificateur (voir Figure 8).
REMARQUE : Si vous utilisez DALI RUBIKORE dans un système surround, suivez les instructions fournies avec votre amplificateur surround.
4.1 CÂBLAGE SIMPLE versus BI-CÂBLAGE/BI-AMPLIFICATION
Toutes les enceintes DALI RUBIKORE peuvent être connectées à l'aide d'un seul câble d'enceinte (voir figures 9A et 9B). Cependant, les DALI RUBIKORE 2, 6 et 8 sont équipés de deux paires de bornes, vous permettant de faire passer deux jeux de câbles vers chaque enceintes. La paire de bornes supérieure est connectée en interne à la section haute fréquence du filtre crossover. La paire de bornes inférieure est connectée en interne à la section basse du filtre crossover.
REMARQUE : Lors du bi-câblage ou de la bi-amplification, retirez TOUJOURS les cavaliers métalliques entre les bornes avant de connecter les câbles (voir les figures 9C et 9D).
Pour le bi-câblage, connectez deux jeux de câbles d'enceintes, un aux bornes supérieures et un aux bornes inférieures des enceintes. Du côté de l'amplificateur, connectez les deux jeux de câbles de haut-parleur à la même paire de bornes sur l'amplificateur (voir Figure 9C).
Pour la bi-amplification, connectez deux jeux de câbles d'enceintes, un aux bornes supérieures et un aux bornes inférieures des enceintes. À l'extrémité de l'amplificateur, connectez un jeu de câbles de haut-parleur à un amplificateur et connectez l'autre jeu de câbles au deuxième amplificateur (voir Figure 9D).
5.0 RODAGE
Comme tout système mécanique, une enceinte nécessite une période de « rodage » pour fonctionner de manière optimale. Vous constaterez une augmentation progressive de la qualité sonore au cours de la première période d'utilisation. La période de rodage varie en fonction de l'utilisation et du volume de lecture. Vous devez compter jusqu'à 100 heures de lecture jusqu'à ce que les performances maximales soient atteintes. Contrairement à d'autres systèmes mécaniques, la durée de vie d'un hautparleur est augmentée par une lecture normale et régulière de la musique.
6.0 NETTOYAGE & ENTRETIEN
Si les enceintes sont sales, essuyez-les avec un chiffon doux humide et bien essoré. Évitez de toucher les cônes des haut-parleurs, car ils sont très fragiles. Si les cônes doivent être nettoyés, utilisez uniquement un chiffon sec et doux et soyez très prudent. Évitez de toucher les dômes du tweeter. Les grilles des enceintes peuvent être nettoyées avec une brosse à vêtements et essuyées avec un chiffon non pelucheux bien essoré et un nettoyant doux tout usage.
6.1 ÉVITER LA LUMIÈRE DIRECTE DU SOLEIL
Les surfaces des enceintes peuvent s'estomper ou se décolorer avec le temps lorsqu'elles sont exposées à la lumière directe du soleil. Évitez donc de placer les enceintes en plein soleil.
7.0 ÉLIMINATION
Si vous souhaitez vous débarrasser de ce produit, ne le mélangez pas avec les ordures ménagères. Il existe un système de collecte séparé pour les produits électroniques usagés conformément à la législation qui exige un traitement, une récupération et un recyclage appropriés. Les ménages privés des États membres de l'UE, de la Suisse, du Liechtenstein et de la Norvège peuvent retourner gratuitement leurs produits électroniques usagés aux centres de collecte désignés ou à un détaillant (si vous en achetez un nouveau similaire). Si vous résidez dans des pays non mentionnés ci-dessus, veuillez contacter vos autorités locales pour connaître la méthode d'élimination appropriée. En suivant ce processus, vous vous assurez que votre produit mis au rebut subit le traitement, la récupération et le recyclage nécessaires et évite ainsi les effets négatifs potentiels sur l'environnement et la santé humaine.
8.0 PUISSANCE ET PRESSION SONORE
Le niveau de puissance qu'une enceinte peut produire tout en conservant un bon son dépend entièrement du signal qu'il doit reproduire. Cela signifie qu'il n'est pas possible de définir un niveau de signal spécifique à utiliser lors de la comparaison de différentes enceintes.
Il est plus facile de traiter un signal pur et non déformé provenant d'un amplificateur puissant que de traiter un signal déformé provenant d'un amplificateur de faible puissance poussé au-delà de sa capacité. Le signal d'un amplificateur qui distord (clippe) contient beaucoup plus d'informations haute fréquence qu'un signal non déformé et met donc fortement à rude épreuve les tweeters. En conséquence, les haut-parleurs sont souvent endommagés par des amplificateurs de faible puissance qui sont obligés de travailler trop dur – et très rarement par des amplificateurs puissants, qui tournent pratiquement au ralenti la plupart du temps.
Il convient également de noter que le fait de tourner les commandes de tonalité de votre amplificateur au-dessus du réglage neutre sollicite considérablement les hautparleurs et l'amplificateur. Sur un bon système audio, les contrôles de tonalité ne doivent être utilisés que pour compenser de mauvais enregistrements et non pour compenser de manière permanente des faiblesses présentes ailleurs dans le système.
Pour cette raison, DALI recommande que les commandes de tonalité soient généralement réglées sur la position neutre. Vous pouvez obtenir l'image sonore souhaitée en positionnant correctement les haut-parleurs. Maintenez le volume suffisamment bas pour que le son reste clair et sans distorsion. Cela minimisera la charge sur les enceintes et l'amplificateur.
Toutes les enceintes DALI sont conçues avec une impédance linéaire pour une charge d'amplificateur optimale. Le résultat est une image sonore nettement plus ouverte et détaillée.
9.0 LA SALLE D'ÉCOUTE
Chaque pièce a sa propre acoustique distinctive. Celle-ci affecte la façon dont nous percevons le son émis par une enceinte. Le son que vous entendez est constitué du son direct provenant des enceintes et du son réfléchi provenant du sol, du plafond et des murs. Ce son réfléchi affectera votre expérience du son. En règle générale, essayez d'éviter les grandes surfaces dures et réfléchissantes à proximité immédiate de vos enceintes, car elles ont tendance à provoquer de fortes réflexions qui peuvent affecter la précision et l'espace de la reproduction sonore. Les réflexions peuvent être réduites en plaçant une plante entre le haut-parleur et la surface réfléchissante. Les objets souples, tels que les tapis, les rideaux, etc. peuvent être utiles si le son semble trop aigu. Le volume et la qualité des graves dépendent de la taille et de la forme de la pièce, ainsi que de la position des enceintes. Placer les enceintes près d'un mur latéral ou arrière accentuera les basses. Les placer dans les coins accentuera encore plus les basses, mais augmentera également les réflexions.
10.0 PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
- · Veillez toujours à respecter les consignes de sécurité
- · Les enceintes DALI RUBIKORE sont destinées à un usage intérieur.
- Les enceintes doivent exclusivement faire l'objet d'un usage à l'intérieur et n'être jamais exposées à des températures élevées ou faibles.
- Les enceintes DALI RUBIKORE ne doivent pas être exposées à la lumière directe du soleil.
- Avant de connecter les câbles de l'enceinte avec l'enceinte et l'ampli, veillez à éteindre l'ampli.
- L'utilisation prolongée de haut-parleurs à un volume élevé peut causer des dommages auditifs. N'augmentez pas le volume au-delà d'un niveau confortable.
11.0 CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES
Dans le tableau 2, vous trouverez les spécifications les plus courantes de nos enceintes. N'oubliez pas qu'il existe d'innombrables méthodes pour mesurer les enceintes. Cependant, aucune d'entre elles ne vous dit quoi que ce soit d'utile sur le son réel d'une enceinte. Seules vos oreilles peuvent décider si une enceinte sonne mieux qu'une autre. Comme toutes nos enceintes, la série DALI RUBIKORE est conçue pour reproduire la musique de la manière la plus honnête possible.

1.0 INTRODUCCION

2.0 DESEMBALAJE
Tenga cuidado de no dañar ninguna de las piezas durante el proceso de desembalaje. Dependiendo del modelo de DALI RUBIKORE que haya adquirido, el altavoz incluirá accesorios diferentes. Compruebe que todos los elementos estén incluidos dentro del embalaje (consulte la Tabla 1). Conserve tanto la caja como las protecciones por si tiene que trasladar o enviar a reparar sus altavoces.
2.1 REJILLAS
Los altavoces vienen de fábrica con las rejillas frontales pre-instaladas. Si quiere quitar esta rejilla, aflójela tirando suavemente de los topes que la mantienen en su sitio. Es importante que tire de forma uniforme de todos los topes a la hora de retirar la rejilla. De lo contrario, la rejilla podría resultar dañada.
3.0 COLOCACION
De cara a obtener los meiores resultados, el ajuste del altavoz debe ser simétrico alrededor de su posición de escucha preferida (consulte las Figuras 1A - 1C). Le recomendamos que hava pruebas con distintas posiciones de sus altavoces la calidad del sonido variará de acuerdo a esa posición. Para el DALL RUBIKORE 2 RUBIKORE CINEMA y RUBIKORE ON-WALL lo ideal es colocar los altavoces de forma que los tweeters queden aproximadamente a la altura de los oídos cuando esté sentado en su posición de escucha favorita. El DALI RUBIKORE 6 y 8 han sido diseñados como altavoces para colocación en suelo. Debería colocarlos al menos con una separación de 20 cm (8 pulgadas) de la pared trasera. De igual forma también debería colocar el DALI RUBIKORE 2 v RUBIKORE CINEMA con una separación de 20 cm (8 pulgadas) de la pared trasera. Los objetos que estén ubicados entre el altavoz y la posición de escucha pueden afectar negativamente a la calidad del sonido. Todos los altavoces DALI RUBIKORE han sido diseñados para seguir nuestro principio de dispersión amplia, por lo que no debe inclinarlos hacia la posición de escucha, sino que debo colocarlos en paralelo a la pared trasera (consulte la Figura 2). La colocación en paralelo reduce la distorsión en la zona de escucha principal y mejora la integración de la sala. Este principio de dispersión amplia también asegura que el sonido se distribuirá de forma uniforme en un espacio grande de la sala de escucha.
3.1 DALI RUBIKORE 6 y 8
Estos altavoces han sido diseñados para ser colocados en el suelo, instalando debajo de ellos las patas Premium Spike Set o los topes de goma incluidos (consulte las Figuras 3 y 4). Tenga cuidado de no apretar demasiado las tuercas. Las patas o los topes de goma pueden mejorar la calidad del sonido. Pruebe los dos para comprobar cuál de ellos ofrece la mejor calidad de sonido para su situación concreta. Tenga en cuenta que las patas pueden dañar el suelo si no está protegido.
NOTA: En algunos suelos y algunos tipos de salas, el uso de patas resulta un elemento crucial para obtener el mejor resultado posible. Instale las patas (incluidas) dentro de los soportes de aluminio, sin apretar totalmente las tuercas. Usando los tornillos, monte los soportes aluminio en las muescas con rosca de la parte inferior del altavoz. Empuje los soportes dentro del recinto antes de apretar los tornillos. Coloque el altavoz con las patas montadas en posición vertical sobre el suelo, hasta que quede estable y sin balancearse. Apriete las tuercas de forma que las cuatro patas queden firmemente encajadas en los soportes de aluminio. Estos pasos de montaje y configuración le garantizan un perfecto anclaje mecánico en el panel inferior (consulte la Figura 3).
3.2 DALI RUBIKORE 2
El DALI RUBIKORE 2 ha sido optimizado para su montaje en un soporte, pero también dará buenos resultados colocado en una estantería. Si los coloca sobre un soporte o estante, pruebe a instalar debajo del altavoz los topes incluidos para una configuración estable y sin vibraciones (consulte la Figura 4).
Para obtener el mejor sonido posible, le recomendamos que coloque los altavoces con los módulos de tweeter aproximadamente a la misma altura de sus oídos cuando esté sentado en su posición de escucha favorita.
3.3 DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL y RUBIKORE CINEMA
El DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL ha sido optimizado para su montaje en pared (vea Figura 5), pero también puede utilizarlo en un estante o en un mueble de TV. Puede utilizar el DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL como un altavoz izquierdo, derecho, central o envolvente tanto en posición horizontal como vertical.
El tweeter giratorio DALI Hybrid Tweeter permite instalar el RUBIKORE CINEMA y RUBIKORE ON-WALL en orientación horizontal o vertical, lo que le permite usar exactamente el mismo altavoz para aplicaciones frontales y centrales – así como en un estudio de grabación.
Gire el módulo Hybrid Tweeter para que la unidad de tweeter plana siga vertical (recta), de cara a conservar la amplia dispersión horizontal así como el máximo nivel de detalle en las frecuencias agudas.
El RUBIKORE CINEMA ha sido diseñado para funciones de canal frontal y central en sistemas home cinema, ya sea montado en un soporte o sobre un estante
Su distribuidor o servicio técnico oficial pueden ayudarle a girar este Hybrid Tweeter. Para extraer el módulo Hybrid Tweeter del recinto acústico, use una llave Allen de 3 mm (opcional) para quitar los cuatro tornillos. Una vez que lo haya extraído, gire el módulo 90 grados.
Introduzca el módulo Hybrid Tweeter girado con la nueva orientación y vuelva a instalarlo usando los cuatro tornillos (Figura 7). Tenga cuidado de no apretar demasiado los tornillos al volver a montar el altavoz.
Si los coloca sobre un estante o mueble para TV, pruebe a instalar debajo del altavoz los topes incluidos (tanto en la posición vertical como en la horizontal) para una configuración estable y sin vibraciones (consulte la Figura 4).
Puede girar el logo DALI de la rejilla frontal levantándolo ligeramente y girándolo a la posición deseada (consulte la Figura 6).
4.0 CONEXIONES
Unas conexiones correctas y seguras a su amplificador son extremadamente importantes para una experiencia auditiva perfecta. Utilice siempre cables del mismo tipo y preferiblemente de la misma longitud para los canales izquierdo y derecho. Le recomendamos que utilice el cable de altavoz DALI CONNECT, disponible en su distribuidor habitual.
La polaridad correcta es un detalle que muchas veces es pasado por alto a la hora de la conexión de los altavoces. El terminal rojo del altavoz (+) debe ser conectado al terminal rojo del amplificador (+). El terminal negro del altavoz (-) debe ser conectado al terminal negro del amplificador (-) (vea la Figura 9A). En una instalación stereo o surround, incluso un único altavoz conectado con la polaridad al revés hará que los graves sean más débiles y desenfocará la imagen stereo.
Para una experiencia auditiva óptima, el altavoz derecho (visto desde la posición de escucha) debe estar conectado a los terminales de salida del amplificador marcados como "R" o "derecho". El altavoz izquierdo debe ser conectado a los terminales de salida del amplificador marcados como "L" o "izquierdo".
NOTA: Antes de conectar cables o de realizar cualquier tipo de conexión, apague SIEMPRE el amplificador.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que los cables pelados estén firmemente sujetos por los terminales, sin que queden filamentos sueltos que puedan causar un cortocircuito y dañar el amplificador (consulte la Figura 8).
NOTA: Si está utilizando el DALI RUBIKORE en un sistema de sonido surround, siga las instrucciones incluidas con su amplificador de sonido envolvente.
4.1 CABLEADO UNICO vs BI-CABLEADO/BI-AMPLIFICACION
Todos los altavoces DALI RUBIKORE pueden ser conectados usando un único cable de altavoz (vea Figuras 9A y 9B). No obstante, el DALI RUBIKORE 2, 6 y 8 están equipados con dos pares de terminales, lo que le da la opción de colocar dos juegos de cables en cada altavoz. El par de terminales superiores está conectado internamente a la sección de altas frecuencias de la red de crossover o separación de canales. NOTA: Cuando realice la configuración de bi-cableado o biamplificación, quite SIEMPRE los puentes metálicos de los terminales antes de conectar los cables (vea las Figuras 9C y 9D).
Para una configuración bi-cableada, conecte dos juegos de cables de altavoz, uno a los terminales superiores y otro a los terminales inferiores de los altavoces. En el amplificador, conecte ambos juegos de cables al mismo par de terminales (vea la Figura 9C).
Para una configuración bi-amplificada, conecte dos juegos de cables de altavoz, uno a los terminales superiores y otro a los terminales inferiores de los altavoces. En el lado de los amplificadores, conecte uno de los juegos de cables a un amplificador y el otro juego al segundo amplificador (consulte la Figura 9D).
5.0 RODAJE
Al igual que ocurre con cualquier otro equipo mecánico, un altavoz requiere un período de "rodaje" para dar el máximo rendimiento. Experimentará un aumento gradual en la calidad del sonido a partir del primer período de uso. El período de adaptación variará dependiendo del uso y del volumen de reproducción. Lo normal es que hagan falta unas 100 horas de reproducción hasta alcanzar el rendimiento máximo. A diferencia de otros sistemas mecánicos, la vida útil de un altavoz aumenta con una reproducción musical normal y continua.
6.0 LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Si los recintos acústicos están sucios, límpielos con un paño suave húmedo y bien escurrido. Evite tocar los conos de los altavoces ya que son muy frágiles. Si es necesario limpiar los conos, utilice únicamente un paño suave y seco y tenga mucho cuidado. Evite tocar la superficie cóncava del tweeter. Puede limpiar las rejillas de los altavoces con un cepillo para la ropa, un paño que no suelte pelusas bien escurrido y un limpiador multiusos suave.
6.1 EVITE LA EXPOSICION DIRECTA A LA LUZ SOLAR
Las superficies de sus altavoces pueden decolorarse o la pintura exterior puede degradarse con el tiempo si quedan expuestas a la luz solar directa. Por este motivo, evite colocar los altavoces bajo la luz solar directa.
7.0 ELIMINACION
Si desea deshacerse de este producto, no lo tire junto con el resto de la basura doméstica general. Existen sistemas de reciclaje específicos para productos electrónicos usados que cumplen con lo establecido por la legislación en cuanto al correcto tratamiento, recuperación y reciclaje de determinados elementos. Cualquier persona física residente en uno de los países miembros de la UE, Suiza, Liechtenstein y Noruega pueden devolver sus productos electrónicos usados sin coste alguno en las instalaciones de reciclaje designadas a tal efecto o directamente a un comercio minorista (siempre y cuando adquiera un producto nuevo similar). Si reside en algún país no mencionado anteriormente, contacte con las autoridades locales para que le informen acerca del proceso correcto de eliminación. Al seguir este proceso, estará garantizándose de que su producto eliminado sea sometido al tratamiento, recuperación de piezas y reciclaje necesarios y, por lo tanto, evitará posibles efectos negativos en el medio ambiente y la salud humana.
8.0 POTENCIA Y PRESION SONORA
El volumen al que es capaz de reproducir un altavoz y seguir produciendo un buen sonido depende enteramente de la señal que tenga que ser reproducida. Esto implica que no es posible definir un nivel de señal específico a usar a la hora de comparar diferentes altavoces.
El procesado de una señal pura y sin distorsión procedente de un amplificador potente es más fácil que el de una señal distorsionada procedente de un amplificador de baja potencia saturado. La señal de un amplificador distorsionado (saturado) contiene mucha más información de altas frecuencias que la de una señal no distorsionada y, por lo tanto, ejerce una gran presión sobre los tweeters. Por este motivo, es más habitual que los altavoces resulten dañados por amplificadores de baja potencia trabajando al máximo, que por amplificadores potentes, que prácticamente funcionan casi siempre dentro de su rango.
También cabe destacar que el subir los controles de tono del amplificador por encima de su ajuste neutral sobrecarga significativamente tanto los altavoces como el amplificador. En un buen sistema de sonido, solo debería usar los controles de tono para compensar una grabación pobre y no para compensar de forma permanente las debilidades de otras partes del sistema.
Por este motivo, en DALI le recomendamos que deje los controles de tono por lo general en su posición central o neutra. Puede conseguir la imagen de sonido que está buscando con solo colocar los altavoces correctamente. Además, mantenga el volumen lo suficientemente bajo como para hacer que el sonido sea claro y sin distorsiones. Esto minimizará la carga en los altavoces y el amplificador.
Todos los altavoces DALI han sido diseñados con impedancia lineal para una carga de amplificador óptima. El resultado es una imagen sonora mucho más abierta y detallada.
9.0 LA SALA DE ESCUCHA
Cada sala tiene su propio comportamiento acústico distintivo. Este comportamiento afecta a la forma en que las personas experimentamos el sonido de un altavoz. El sonido que escuchamos está formado tanto por el sonido directo de los altavoces como por el sonido reflejado en el suelo, paredes y techo. Esto último afectará a la forma en la que experimentamos el sonido. Como regla general, trate de evitar superficies grandes, duras y reflectantes en las inmediaciones de sus altavoces, ya que tienden a causar fuertes reflexiones que pueden afectar la precisión y amplitud de la reproducción del sonido. Puede reducir estas reflexiones colocando una planta entre el altavoz y la superficie reflectante. Los objetos suaves como alfombras, cortinas, etc. pueden ser también de ayuda si el sonido es demasiado brillante. Tanto la cantidad como la calidad de los graves profundos dependerán del tamaño y la forma de la sala y de la posición de los altavoces. El colocar los altavoces cerca de una pared lateral o trasera enfatizará los graves. El colocarlos en las esquinas acentuará aún más los graves, pero también hará que aumenten las reflexiones.
10.0 PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
- · Cumpla siempre con todas las normas de seguridad.
- Los altavoces DALI RUBIKORE han sido diseñados para ser usados en interiores.
- Estos altavoces solo deben ser usados en interiores y nunca con temperaturas extremadamente altas o baias.
- No permita que los altavoces DALI RUBIKORE queden expuestos a la luz solar directa.
- Apague el amplificador cuando conecte los cables entre el altavoz y el amplificador.
- El uso prolongado de los altavoces a niveles de volumen elevados puede provocar daños auditivos. No suba el volumen por encima de un nivel que se pueda considerar razonable.
11.0 ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS
En la Tabla 2 encontrará las especificaciones técnicas más comunes de nuestros altavoces. Tenga en cuenta que existen gran cantidad de métodos de medición de los altavoces. Sin embargo, ninguno de estos métodos resulta realmente útil a la hora de que el usuario sepa cómo suena realmente un altavoz. Sólo sus oídos pueden decidir si un altavoz suena mejor que otro. Al igual que ocurre con el resto de nuestros altavoces, la serie DALI RUBIKORE ha sido diseñada para reproducir la música de la forma más honesta posible.

1.0 はじめに
DALI RUBIKORE ラウドスピーカーをご購入いただきまして誠にありがとうござ います。新しい DALI ラウドスピーカーを確実に正しくセットアップし接続し ていただきたいと思っております。そのため、本マニュアルをお読みいただき、 説明に従っていただくことをお勧めします。

2.0 開梱
パーツを開梱するときは、中身を傷つけないようにご注意ください。ご購入の DALI RUBIKORE モデルによって、ラウドスピーカーに付属するアクセサリーが 異なります。すべての部品が段ボール箱に入っていることをご確認ください(表 1を参照)。ラウドスピーカーの移動や修理が必要な場合に備えて、梱包材は保 管しておいてください。
2.1グリル
ラウドスピーカーは、開梱時にグリル前面が取り付けられた状態で納品されま す。グリル前面を取り外す場合は、グリルを固定しているピンを少しずつ引っ 張って緩めます。グリルを取り外す前に、必ずすべてのピンを均等に緩めてく ださい。そうでないと、グリルが破損する恐れがあります。
3.0 配置
最良の効果を得るためには、ご希望のリスニング位置を中心として、ラウドス ピーカーを左右対称にセットアップしてください(図 1A-1C を参照)。ラウ ドスピーカーの位置を色々変えてみることをお勧めします。音質はラウドス ピーカーの位置によって変わります。DALI RUBIKORE 2、RUBIKORE CINEMA、 RUBIKORE ON-WALL の場合、ご希望のリスニング位置に座った際にトゥイー ターがほぼ耳の高さに来るようにラウドスピーカーを設置するのが理想的で す。DALI RUBIKORE 6 および 8 は、フロアスタンディング型ラウドスピーカー として設計されています。背面の壁から 20cm(8 インチ)以上離して設置し てください。DALI RUBIKORE 2 と RUBIKORE CINEMA も同様に、背面の壁から 20cm(8 インチ)以上離して設置してください。DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL は 壁掛け用に最適化されていますが、棚に置いても使用できます。壁に取り付け る場合は、ラウドスピーカーの下に来る面から 10cm (4 インチ)以上離し、棚 に置く場合は壁から 10cm (4 インチ)以上離してください。

3.1 DALI RUBIKORE 6および8

注意:床や部屋によっては、最良の結果を得るためにスパイクの使用が非常に 重要になります。スパイク(付属)はアルミの脚に緩く固定し、スパイクのナッ トを軽く締める程度に留めてください。ネジを使用して、ラウドスピーカーの 底面にあるネジ穴にアルミニウム製の脚を取り付けます。ネジを締める前に、 足をラウドスピーカーキャビネットに押し当てます。ラウドスピーカーが揺れ たりせず安定するように、取り付けたスパイクを床に垂直に置きます。ナットを 締め、4つのスパイクがアルミ脚にしっかりと収まるようにします。この組み 立てとセットアップのステップにより、下面への安定した機械的結合が確保で きます(図3を参照)。
3.2 DALI RUBIKORE 2
DALI RUBIKORE 2 はスタンド設置用に最適化されていますが、棚に置いても使用できます。スタンドまたは棚に設置する場合は、同梱のバンパーをラウドス ピーカーの下に置くことで、振動のない安定した設置が実現します(図4参照)。
最高のサウンドをお楽しみいただくには、ご希望のリスニング位置に座った状態で、トゥイーターモジュール搭載のラウドスピーカーが耳とほぼ同じ高さになるように設置することをお勧めします。
3.3 DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALLおよびRUBIKORE CINEMA
DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL は壁掛け用に最適化されていますが(図5参照)、 棚やテレビ台の上でも使用できます。DALI RUBIKORE ON-WALL は、左、右、セン ター、サラウンドスピーカーとして、水平、垂直のいずれの位置でも使用でき ます。
回転式 DALI ハイブリッドトゥイーターを使えば、RUBIKORE CINEMA および RUBIKORE ON-WALL を水平または垂直に設置でき、ミキシングスタジオのよ うにフロントとセンターにまったく同じラウドスピーカーを使用することがで きます。
ハイブリッドトゥイーターモジュールは、平面トゥイーターユニットが垂直(直 立)を保つように回転させてください。これは、水平方向の広い拡散性と高域 の繊細なディテールを維持するためです。
RUBIKORE CINEMA は、スタンドに設置したり、棚に置いたりして、ホームシア
ターのフロントおよびセンターチャンネルの役割を果たすように設計されています。
ハイブリッドトゥイーターの回転は、正規販売店またはサービス施設で承りま す。ハイブリッドトゥイーターモジュールをラウドスピーカーキャビネットか ら取り外すには、3 mm 六角レンチ(別売)を使って4本のネジを外します。 分解したら、ハイブリッドトゥイーターを90度回転させます。

棚やテレビ台の上に配置する場合は、同梱のバンパーをラウドスピーカーの下 (垂直位置または水平位置)に置くことで、安定した振動のない設置が実現し ます(図4参照)。
フロントグリルの DALI ロゴは、少し持ち上げて好みの位置に回転させることができます(図 6 参照 )。
4.0 接続
正しくしっかりとアンプに接続することは、リスニング体験のために極めて重要です。左右のチャンネルには、必ず同じタイプの、できれば同じ長さのケーブルを使用してください。販売店で購入できる DALI CONNECT ラウドスピーカーケーブルの使用をお勧めします。
極性を正しく設置することは、ラウドスピーカー接続の際に見落とされがちな 要素です。アンプの赤い(+)端子は、ラウドスピーカーの赤い(+)端子に接 続してください。アンプの黒い(-)端子は、ラウドスピーカーの黒い(-)端 子に接続してください(図 9A を参照)。ステレオやサラウンドの設置では、ラ ウドスピーカーが1台でも逆極性で接続されていると、低音が弱くなり、ステ レオ画像の焦点が合わなくなります。
最適なリスニング体験のためには、(リスニング位置から見て)右側のラウド スピーカーを「R」または「Right」と記されたアンプ出力端子に接続してくだ さい。左側のラウドスピーカーは、「L」または「Left」と記されたアンプ出力 端子に接続してください。
注意:ケーブルを接続したり、接続を変更する前に、アンプの電源を必ず切っ てください。
注意:裸の導線がターミナルにしっかりと固定されており、短絡を起こしアン プの破損につながるような緩みがないことを確認してください(図8参照)。
注意:DALI RUBIKORE をサラウンドシステムでご使用の場合は、サラウンドアン プ付属の説明書に従ってください。
4.1単配線とバイワイヤリング/バイアンプの比較
すべての DALI RUBIKORE ラウドスピーカーは、1 ラウドスピーカーケーブル本 で接続できます(図 9A および図 9B を参照)。ただし、DALI RUBIKORE 2、6、
8には2対の端子が装備されており、各ラウドスピーカーに2組のケーブルを 接続することもできます。上部の端子ペアは、クロスオーバーネットワークの 高周波セクションに内部接続されています。下部の端子ペアは、クロスオーバー ネットワークのベースセクションに内部接続されています。
注意:バイワイヤリングまたはバイアンプを使用する場合は、ケーブルを接続 する前に必ず端子間の金属ジャンパーを取り外してください(図 9C および図 9D を参照)。
バイワイヤリングの場合は、2組のラウドスピーカーケーブルを接続します。 1組はラウドスピーカーの上部端子に、もう1組は下部端子に接続します。アン プ端では、両方のラウドスピーカーケーブルのセットをアンプの同じ端子ペア に接続します(図9Cを参照)。
バイアンプの場合は、2組のラウドスピーカーケーブルを接続します。1組は ラウドスピーカーの上部端子に、もう1組は下部端子に接続します。アンプ端 では、1組のラウドスピーカーケーブルを1台のアンプに接続し、もう1組のケー ブルを2つ目のアンプに接続します(図9Dを参照)。
5.0 慣らし再生
他の機械システムと同様、最高の性能を発揮させるために、ラウドスピーカー には「慣らし再生」期間が必要です。使い始めの時期に、音質が徐々に向上し ます。慣らし期間は、使用状況や再生音量によって異なります。最大のパフォー マンスに達するまでには、最大 100 時間の再生を要します。他の機械システム とは異なり、日常的に音楽再生をすることによってラウドスピーカーの寿命は 延長されます。
6.0 清掃とメンテナンス
ラウドスピーカーのキャビネットが汚れている場合は、湿らせて固く絞った柔 らかい布で拭いてください。ラウドスピーカーのコーンは非常に壊れやすいの で、触らないでください。コーンを洗浄する必要がある場合は、乾いた柔らか い布のみを使用し、細心の注意を払ってください。トゥイータードームには触 れないでください。ラウドスピーカーグリルは、洗濯ブラシで清掃し、よく絞っ た糸くずの出ない布と中性洗剤で拭いてください。
6.1直射日光を避けてください
DALI KATCH G2 の表面は、直射日光にさらされると、時間の経過とともに色あ せたり変色したりすることがあります。そのため、ラウドスピーカーを直射日 光の当たる場所に置かないでください。
7.0 廃棄
本製品を廃棄する場合は、一般家庭ゴミと一緒にしないでください。使用済み 電気製品については、適切な処理、回収およびリサイクルを義務付ける法律に 従う個別の回収システムがあります。EU 加盟国、スイス、リヒテンシュタイン およびノルウェーの個人世帯は、使用済み電気製品を、指定された回収施設ま たは小売店(同様の新品を購入した場合)に無料で引き取ってもらうことがで
きます。上記以外の国にお住まいの場合は、適切な廃棄方法について地方自治 体にお問い合わせください。このプロセスに従うことにより、廃棄した製品の 必要な処理、回収およびリサイクルが実現し、環境および人々の健康への潜在 的な悪影響の防止を徹底することができます。
8.0 パワーと音圧
ラウドスピーカーがどれだけの音量を再生し、なおかつ良い音を出せるかどう かは、再生する信号によって全く異なります。つまり、異なるラウドスピー カーを比較するときに使用する特定の信号レベルを定義することはできま せん。
強力なアンプからの純粋で歪みのない信号を処理することは、容量を超えて押 し上げられた低出力アンプからの歪んだ信号を処理するよりも容易です。歪ん だ(クリッピング)アンプからの信号には、歪んでいない信号よりもはるかに 多くの高周波情報が含まれているため、トゥイーターに大きな負担がかかりま す。その結果、ラウドスピーカーは、過度の負担をかけられた低出力のアンプ によって損傷することがよくあります。実質的にアイドル状態で稼働している 高出力アンプによって損傷を受けることはほとんどありません。
また、アンプのトーンコントロールをニュートラル設定以上にすると、ラウド スピーカーとアンプの双方にかなりの負担がかかることにも注意してくださ い。良質なサウンドシステムでは、トーンコントロールは録音不良を補正する ためだけに使用され、システムの他の部分の弱点を永久に補正するものではあ りません。
このため、DALIではトーンコントロールをニュートラル位置に設定することを 推奨しています。ラウドスピーカーを正しく配置することで、希望通りの音像を 実現できます。音が歪まずクリアに聞こえる程度に音量を抑えてください。こ れにより、ラウドスピーカーとアンプへの負荷を最小限に抑えることができま す。
DALIのすべてのラウドスピーカーは、最適なアンプ負荷のためにリニアイン ピーダンスで設計されています。その結果、より開放的で緻密な音像を実現し ました。
9.0 リスニングルーム
個々の部屋にはそれぞれ独自の音響特性があります。それは、ラウドスピーカー からの音の聴こえ方に影響を与えます。聴こえる音は、ラウドスピーカーから の直接音と、床、天井、壁からの反射音で構成されています。後者は、音の聴 こえ方に影響します。原則として、ラウドスピーカーの近くに大きく硬い反射 面がないようにしてください。このような面があると強い反射が発生し、再生 音の精度や広がりに影響を及ぼす可能性があります。ラウドスピーカーと反射 面の間に植物を置くことで反射を低減することができます。音が明るすぎる場 合は、カーペット、カーテンなどの柔らかいものが使うと良いかもしれません。 重低音の量や質は、部屋の大きさや形、ラウドスピーカーの位置によって決ま ります。ラウドスピーカーを横や後ろの壁の近くに設置すると低音が強調され ます。隅に置くと低音がより際立ちますが、反射も増します。
10.0 安全上の注意
- 安全に関するガイドラインは必ず従ってください。
- DALI RUBIKORE ラウドスピーカーは、室内での使用を想定したスピーカーです。
- ラウドスピーカーは屋内でのみ使用し、極端な高温や低温では絶対に使用しないでください。
- DALI RUBIKORE ラウドスピーカーは直射日光にさらさないでください。
- ラウドスピーカーケーブルをラウドスピーカーとアンプに接続するときは、 アンプの電源を切ってください。
- ラウドスピーカーを高音量で長時間にわたり使用すると、聴覚障害を引き 起こす可能性があります。快適なレベル以上に音量を上げないでください。
