Trouble Cause Countermeasure
Suction power is Dust Box is full with Dust Remove the dust
weak
Small dust stick on Inlet Filter Shake off dust.
Clogging or tear in hose Remove obsctacle or
Replace the hose (See 5-1)
Defective Motor Replace it (See 5-1)
If there are much dust on the Inlet Filter, must remove them by tapping it
and then assemble and use it again.
This Inlet Filter is not washable.
When tapping, be careful not to damage the filter media.
Recommend the user to repalce the new one in every a year.
Fiter Warning Lamp Dust Box is full Empty Dust Box
(RED light )is lit up Inlet Filter get clogged Remove dust by tapping it
Aik Path is clogged from nozzle to cup Remove obstacle
Cleaner does not Open Motor Protector(Thermastat) After removing cocked
work by over heat. material and cooling,
Push the reset button.

Breaking in Power Cord Replace the power cord
(at blade tip or root of plug) (See 5-2)
Breaking of connections Repair (See 5-2,5-3)
or poor contacts of CEC in Body AS,
Power Brush AS.
Defective Motor Replace it (See 5-1)
Defective Switch Replace it (See 5-2)
Brushroll does not Cleaner is in storage state. Turn it to using state.
Rotate Because safety switch is closed
only in upright using state.
Breaking the Belt Replace it (See 5-3)

5-1. Cleaner Assembly
1) Remove DUST BOX AS - grasp LEVER BOX DUST and pull out DUST BOX AS
2) Remove FILTER EXHAUST AS - pull out it as above.
3) Remove HANDLE AS - push BUTTON HANDLE, lift it up.
4) Remove HOSE AS - Unscrew 6 SCREWs and remove it by using an awl or "-" scerw driver.

5) Remove GUIDE HOSE - Unscrew a SCREW and lift it up.
6) Remove COVER AS - Unscrew 9 SCREWs and lift it up.
7) Remove CASE MOTOR FRONT & MOTOR AS - Unscrew 2 SCREWs and lift them up.
8) Check MOTOR - whether it is burnt out or not.
9) Check INTERNAL WIREs - whether them is broken, made a short circuit or not.

5-2. Body Assembly
1) Unscrew 6 SCREWs(#36) then remove ADAPTER HANDLE(#9) - check the path for PIPE
2) Unscrew a SCREW(#14) then remove BRACKET ROLLER AS(#13)
3) Unscrew 2 SCREWs(#8) then remove SUPPORT HANDLE(#12)
4) Unscrew a SCREW(#35) then remove GUIDE CORD(#21) - check it to be worn away.

5) Unscrew 3 SCREWs(#36) then remove COVER TOP(#31) - check the circuit and check SWITCH PRESSURE(#39), SWITCH(#32)
6) Unscrew 2 SCREWs(#19) then remove THERMOSTAT(#18) - check it .
7) Unscrew 2 SCREWs(#36) then remove SUPPORT CORD(#34), POWER CORD(#33) check Cord wire, if it is demaged, replace new POWER CORD.

5-3. Power Brush Assembly
1) Unscrew 5 SCREWs (#9) then remove PLATE BRUSH(#8), ROLL BRUSH AS(#7), BELT(#6)
- Check BELT, if it is broken, replace new one.
- Check ROLL BRUSH AS, if the bristle is worn away, replace new one.
2) Unscrew 4 SCREWs(#9) then remove CAP BRUSH(#5) and separate #3
3) Unscrew 5 SCREWs(#9) then separate #1 with #2

4) Check SWITCH(6) in COVER PB AS
5) Check MOTOR POWER BRUSH(#6) in BODY PB AS - whether it is burnt out or not.
6) Check LIGHT BULB(#11) in BODY PB AS - whether it is broken out or not.

7) Unscrew 8 SCREWs(#17) and remove FRAME DETACHABLE(#1)
- Check FRAME BUTTON(#9), LEVER RELEASE(#11)
8) Check PB CONNECTOR BRUSH(#4), whether the pin terminal of it is broken or demaged or not. if then, replace #4.

1) If VALVE AIR(#6) is broken or demaged, replace it.
2) If HOSE(#1) tears, change the overall HOSE AS. Because HOSE is not able to be disassembled
