Repair main points and notes
Adjust the tightness degree of belt
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Loose the screws fixed on the wash motor
4. Move the motor to the correct position
5. Re-install according to the opposite course
Replace the belt
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Take out the old belt
4. Install the new belt
5. Adjust the tightness degree of the belt
Replace the power cord
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Open the connecting box
4. Unclamp the wire to connect
5. Rotate the power cord clip 90 degree
6. Fetches and leave the power cord from the machine case (or the machine base)
7. Replace the power cord to new one
8. Re-install the power cord in opposite course
Replace the wash/spin timer
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Open the control panel
4. Unclamp the wire to connect
5. Pull out the timer knob
6. Screw off the screws between the panel(and the back cover of the panel) and the tub
7. Screw off the timer screws, take out the timer
8. Install new timer
9. Re-install the timer screws,take out the timer
Replace the wash program
1. Cut off the power
2. Pull out the knob on the wash program
3. Screw off the screws between the control panel(and panel back cover) and the tub
4. Unclamp the plug-in package
5. Screw off the screws fixed on the wash program,then take out the wash program
6. Install new wash program
7. Re-install the wash program in opposite course

Replace the capacitor
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Unclamp the connction wire
4. Take out the capacitor (or open the capacitor fixer)
5. Re-install the capacitor in opposite course
Replace reducer
1. Cut off the power
2. Screw off the pulsator screws,take out the pulsator
3. Open the machine rear cover,remove the belt,loose the spin tub screws
4. Place the protection cushion on the ground
5. Turn over the machine ,make the machine base upside and keep it placidly
6. Screw off the screws on both base and pipe,let the base totally depart from the cabinet
7. Screw off the reducer screws,take out the reducer
8. Re-install the reducer in opposite course
Replace the wash motor
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover,remove the belt
3. Unclamp three wires of wash motor to connect
4. Screw off the spin tub screws
5. Place the protection cushion on the ground
6. Turn over the mahcine, make the machine base upside and keep placidly
7. Screw off the screws both base and pipe,let the base totally depart from the cabinet
8. Take out the power cord from the clip, which fix the wires
9. Take out the base, put it on the working table and keep placidly
10. Screw off the upper three fixed screws
11. Take out the spin motor assembly
12. Screw off the shaft screws, and take it out
13. Screw off three screws of brake plate, and take out the brake plate
14. Take out the spin motor
15. Re-install the spin motor in opposite course
Clean the foreign matters under the pulsator
1. Cut off the power
2. Screw off the pulsator and take it out
3. Turn over the pulsator, and clean the foreign matters inside the pulsator and meanwhile take out the
foreign matters on the tub bottom
4. Re-install the pulsator in opposite course
Clean the foreign matters on the spin tub shaft
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the panel frame,screw off the screws off middle frame, and take out th middle frame

3. If can’t take out the foreign matters under the above condition, please open the machine rear cover
4. Screw off the spin tub screws, take out the spin tub
5. Clean the foreign matters on the shaft
6. Re-install the spin tub in opposite course
Replace the rubber cap
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the panel frame, loose the screws of middle frame, and take out the middle frame
3. Open the machine rear cover and take down the belt
4. Screw off the spin tub screws, take out the spin tub
5. Place the protection cushion on the ground
6. Turn over the machine, make the machine base upside and keep placidly
7. Take down the base screws, let it totally depart from the machine case
8. Get out the rubber with tools(not damage the tub)
9. Fix the base, turn over the washing machine and put it well
10. Press the rubber cap into the tub by hand or tools
11. Install the tub, belt, rear belt
12. Install the middle frame and fix the control panel
Adjusting drain valve rod open height
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Take out the adjusting rod, open two screws on driver
4. Open the drain valve cover, if there id any difficulty, you can use unsharp tools to prize up the cover
5. Take out the foreign matters by hand, if there is any difficulty, please use tools to take them out
6. Re-install it in opposite course
Replace the drain valve
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the machine rear cover
3. Take out the adjusting rod
4. Separately heat three jointing places of drain valve by heating equipment, when heat enough, pull down
the drain valve to divorce it from the twin tub
5. Glue the jointing place between the drain valve and tub evenly, energize upwards, install the valve
6. Install the other parts in opposite course.
Replace the pump
1. Cut off the power
2. Open the rear cover
3. Remove two wires of drain pump
4. Separately heat two places of drain pump by heat equipment, when heat enough, pull out the pipe of drain
pump by hand.
5. Loosen two screws of drain pump
6. Take out the drain pump
