This air conditioner is compact and has strong air conditioning function,

MODE S/W
Selecting the functions of different
modes by pushing the switch
in order of Air Cleaning( ),
Air Conditioning( ),
Dehumidifying( ),
Heating( ).

POWER S/W
Air conditioner will start
by pushing ON/OFF switch
in the sequence of air c leaning.
For switching off, push
ON/OFF switch again.
FAN S/W
Selecting the speed of
fan in order of mild( ),
medium( ), maximum( ).
TIMER S/W
Setting operation time
from 1 hour to 8 hours.
For continuous operation,
push the switch until
the lamp is of f.
FULL LAMP
When the water container is full,
the beefer will signal for 5 consecutive
times and the lamp will be on.
When the empty water container
is replaced, the lamp will be off
and the air conditioner will
automatically resume its function.
SWING S/W
When the switch is ON, the inside
picture will move horizontally and
the cool air will be supplied evenly
in the room.For switching off,
push the button once again.
TEMP S/W
It has 4 different phases.
Use remote controller
for selection of desired
temperature.

HOW TO SET-UP AND HANDLE
1.Installation of Duct
1.Fix the duct supporting board on window
pane as shown below.If the length of
duct supporting board is short vertically,
it can be adjusted by pulling 2nd supporting
board as shown in figure B.

3. Push the duct fitting A into the duct hole
of main body as shown below

2. Fix the duct and fitting B,
and push them out through the duct
supporting board as shown below.

4. When the installation of duc t is finished, turn
the air conditioner on by switch or
remote controller.

5. For moving the air conditioner,
hold the handles on both side and move it to
the desired place.

*Before starting air conditioner, see to it that the appliance is properly placed
and all doors and windows are closed intact.
1. Air Conditioning
1. See to it that the water container is properly
placed.
3. Push the ON/OFF power switch.
2. Plug in the power c onnector.
4. Select MODE switch on air conditioning( )
and selec t desired temperature.

*Before starting air conditioner, see to it that the appliance is properly placed
and all doors and windows are closed intact.
2. Dehumidifying
Set the dehumidifying Mode switc h on
Dehumidify( ).

simultaneously, and then water c ontainer
should be emptied. (See page 10)

Set the Mode switch on Fan( ).Set the Mode switch on Heating( ).
*Ambient temperature for air conditioning and dehumidifying is 18 C- 35 C.
When the ambient temperature is below 18 C, the compressor will not
function and the temperature lamp will blink simultaneously while the fan
will start for removing the frost.
*When the function of air conditioning and dehumidifying is stopped,
it will not operate for approximately 3 minutes in order to prevent overload of
compressor; but it will be fanning for approximately 3 minutes, and then both
air conditioning and dehumidifying will start again.

HOW TO CLEAN AND HANDLE THE FILTER
*When the filter is contaminated with dust, clean the filter once in every 2
weeks, lest it should decrease the fanning function.
1. Handling Method of Filter
1. Remove the filter cover.
3.Clean the filter in a neutral detergent
dissolved water (appr.30¡£C) and dry
well in the shadow.
2. Remove the filter by pulling toward the arrows
shown below.
4. Replace the filter.
2. Outside
Clean the outside with wet soft cloth soaked
in neutral detergent dissolved water, and then
dry it with a clean soft cloth thoroughly until
the neutral detergent is completely removed.
Evaporator
*When handling and cleaning the filter as
directed above, see to it that the power
connector is disconnected.
*When the evaporator is contaminated with
dust, the efficiency of air conditioning will
be decreased. Thus it is advisable to clean it
once in a year. (Use air conditioner cleaning
spray.)

HOW TO HANDLE WATER
*When the air conditioner and dehumidifier are in operation, the humid indoor
air will produce water drops.
1. When the water container is full, the warning
lamp will blink and the air conditioning will be
stopped while the warning lamp is keep blinking
until the water c ontainer is emptied and
replac ed.
3. Dispose the water and clean the water
container thoroughly.
2. Pull out the water container carefully by
holding the handle.
4. Replace the water container.
5. As soon as the water container is replaced,
start air conditioning or dehumidifying.
*When disposing the less full water,
the power switch should be turned
off and pull out the water container
more than 3 minutes later. If the
container is pulled out immediately,
remaining water will drop inside of
the appliance.
*Do not pull out the water container
while the appliance is in operation
because the remaining water will
drop inside. When moving the
appliance, the remaining water
should be removed in beforehand.

Do not allow loose plugging to an outlet to avoid
a possible cause of fire. Please check the power
connection for its proper tightness before
each use.
Do not run this appliance at a tight space.
Unplug by pulling out the plug itself.Pulling out
by cord can cause disconnection of the
power line.
Avoid direct sunlight to the product, it can
cause malfunction of the remote control or
discoloration of the product.
Avoid the elec trical part's contacting with
water which may cause shock or malfunction
of this appliance.

Plug the power c ord to an outlet properly.
Empty the watertank and replace it.
Place it properly into the holder.
Press the button firmly, and sowly.
Replace batteries.
This appliance stops by itself when
the timeset is expired.
The product's 3minute rest for a
restart is a protective action.
The product will be working in three
minutes.
Just fan is in operation.
Cooling will follow the proc ess
with the light indication.
Clean the filter
Replace either the plug or the outlet

window room air- conditioner to be free from defective material and workmanship
and agrees to remedy any such def ect or to furnish a new part (at the Company's
option) in exchange for any part of any unit of its manufacture which under normal
installation,use and service disclosed such defect, provided the unit is delivered by
the owner to store or dealer where purchased or Daewoo authorized service center.
To establish and receive warranty service at our store, dealer or our authorized
service center, a sales receipt or bill of sales is required for proof of purchase.
This warranty does not extend to any of our electronic products which have been
subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring not our own, improper
installation, unauthorized modification, or to use in violation of instructions
furnished by us, nor units which have been repaired or altered outside of our
factory, nor to caseswhere the serial number thereof has been removed, defaced,
or changed.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative
or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the
sales of our electronic products.
Over the counter exchange for units that are initially def ective. Initial defective is
described as when the dealer opens the unit and finds that it is inoperative or an
individual customer opening a new unit and finding that it is initially defective.
This unit may be returned to the factory by the dealer for exchange. Under no

directly to factory.Excgange must be directly with the dealer. When this unit is
