1. Introduction
This scaler box is designed to display your Composite video/S-Video images on the Mini DisplayPort with better viewing resolutions. It can upscale any Composite video/S-video source into Mini-Display port output with a wide range of resolutions. Additionally, this device can also output high quality audio allowing everyone to enjoy enriching HD images and high quality sound.

POWER button: Press this button once to power on the unit, press again to power off.
This device has a memory function that records your settings from the
previous session. The factory default is on CV input.
INPUT selection bottom - Yellow LED turns on when composite video is selected.
- Green LED lights up when S-Video video is selected.
AUTO selection button- Pressing this button sets the device in Auto mode so it automatically detects the display’s EDID resolution, when this happens the resolution indicator will turn on.
Note:
For Apple and Dell monitors when selecting AUTO mode the output
mode will be VGA.
Manual selection button- Selecting the Manual button can change the display ports resolution from VGA to 1080p.

MINI DO output- This slot connects with a display monitor that incorporates a mini DisplayPort and includes connection cables.
Note:
1. This scaler does not have an overscan function, however it is adjustable through a TV.
2. Audio sound will not perform if no input image.
SV/CV/RL INPUT – These slots are to connect to source input’s S-Video/
Composite video and R/L with S-Video/ Composite video cables.
DC 5V – This slot is to connect the 5V DC power adaptor included in the
package into the unit and connect the adaptor to an AC wall outlet.
