2．Loosely install the mounting plate using two of the su pp li ed Ph il ip s h ea d m ou nt in g s cr ew s i n t he el on ga te d s lo ts . At ta ch th e M ag lo ck to
the mounting plate.
3．Using a hammer, lightly tap both roll pins into the armature plate until they are secure.
4．Bef ore inst alling the Hexnu t, the hole in the door may need to be drilled or tapped. Refer to page 2 for this information. Using the componets
shown in the image to the right , mou nt the armatu re to the door. Make sure tha t the arma ture plate is not over tight ened and that it is installe d
as shown in the follo wing dia gram. The armature plate mu st be fr ee to se lf align with th e door.
