Personal Safety:
• This eBike is intended for use as a commuter and leisure bicycle. Using the eBike for any other purpose may result in serious injury.
• Before you ride this eBike, take time to learn the eBike’s controls and power.
• It is your responsibility to identify and follow all local laws.
• Observe the applicable traffic regulations.
• At night your eBike MUST have white front and red rear lights.
• Always ride with both hands on the bar.
• Adopt a speed that reflects the terrain as well as your riding ability.
• Use designated cycle paths when not using public roads.
• Avoid loose clothing as it can get between moving parts and cause injury.
Electrical Safety:
• Only use batteries and chargers supplied.
• Don’t modify the charger in any way.
• The charger has been designed for a specific voltage, always check that the mains voltage is the same as that stated on the rating label.
• Never use the charger with another appliance or attempt to charge this product with another charger.
• Before use, check the charger cord for signs of damage or aging. A damaged or entangled charger cord increases the risk of fire and electric shock.
• Do not pull the cord to disconnect from a socket; grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
• Don’t wrap the cord around the charger when storing.
• Keep the charger cord away from hot surfaces and sharp edges.
• Do not handle the charger with wet hands.
• Reflective clothing is recommended.
• Always wear a bike helmet.
• Take care when loading your eBike into a car or when mounting it on a bicycle carrier.
• We advise that bike trailers not to be used with the eBike.
• Do not store or charge the appliance outdoors.
• The charger must be removed from the socket before removing the battery.

eBike Safety
Battery Safety:
You must be over 14 to ride an eBike.
• The drive assist system is limited to a maximum continuous power rating of 0.25kW (250W) and a maximum speed of 25Km/h, (15.5 mph).
• Your eBike is designed for a maximum permitted overall weight (rider + luggage + bicycle) of 126kg (277lbs). The maximum permitted weight of the rider 187lbs (85kg) plus luggage 55lbs(25kg) is 110kg(242lb).
• Do not submerge your eBike in water.
• Be aware that the speed at which you are travelling may be faster than you are used to, especially when accelerating.
Brake Safety:
• Regularly check your brakes for signs of wear and tear. Any worn parts must be repaired or replaced immediately.
• Be careful while getting used to the brakes. Practice emergency stops in a place clear of traffic until you are comfortable controlling your eBike.
• This appliance includes Li-Ion batteries; do not incinerate batteries or expose to high temperatures, as they may explode.
• Shorting the battery terminals may cause burns or fire.
• Do not place battery pack on wet or metallic surfaces.
• When you dispose of the appliance remove the battery and dispose of the battery safely in accordance with local regulations.
• You must always use the battery in accordance with the instructions on the battery label.
• Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Leaks from the battery cells can occur under extreme conditions. Do not touch any liquid that leaks from the battery. If the liquid gets on the skin wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, flush them immediately with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
• Wet weather reduces your braking power and the grip of the brakes. Reduce your speed and be aware of longer stopping distances when cycling in wet conditions.
• Braking on unpaved surfaces will differ. Be sure to practice braking on different surface types.
• Ensure that braking surfaces and brake pads are free of wax, grease and oil.
• Do not pedal and brake at the same time as this will cause excessive wear.
Maintenance:
• Have your eBike checked regularly at a professional bike shop and have any worn parts replaced.
• Ensure the battery is removed from the bike before carrying out any maintenance.
• Make sure that all screws and bolts are tightened securely
• You must always use genuine replacement parts when performing maintenance on your eBike.
• Regularly check the tire pressures (minimum 50psi, maximum 75psi) and regularly check the tread depth of tires.

Unpacking
Packaging – Remove packaging materials and dispose of in a responsible manner. Remove all materials and set parts aside for assembly. Should your model be a foldable or non-foldable, minimal assembly is required for your bicycle. However, please follow the guidelines below for correct assembly.
Tools required – 8mm box-end wrench, 10mm box-end wrench, 15mm pedal wrench, 14mm open-end wrench, 5mm hex key, 6mm hex key, screw driver, Cutters/Pliers.
A small tool kit (pictured) is included for assembly. If any parts are missing, please contact the nearest dealer listed on the back page.

Front Wheel Assembly
1. Remove the plastic bar at the bottom of the fork.

direction of the springs, one goes

3. Install white reflector and bell to handlebars securely.
The red reflector attaches to the seat post
1.Remove the four bolts that hold the handlebar clamp to the bike.
Insert the handlebar and ensure the brake and shifter lines are properly routed to prevent interference when the handlebars are turned.
Ensure the 4 bolts on the front of the handle bar are equally tightened and the handlebars are centered.
Pedal Installation
2. Slightly loosen the bolts starting with A and work your way down.
Rotate the handle bar clockwise and
position at 90° to the wheel.
Tighten the 3 bolts in the same order
you loosened them

or ‘L’ on the end of the pedal

2.Start by threading the pedals in by
hand to prevent cross-threading. Screw
the R pedal in clockwise, the L tightens
counterclockwise and Tighten with
pedal wrench or 15mm wrench.
Adjusting Saddle Height

heel when it is in the bottom position.

against the frame.

Installing/Removing Battery
1. Unlock the battery by inserting the key on the left side and turn counter clockwise.
2. Slide the battery up towards the top tube. Then pull the battery away from
the frame.
3. The battery is installed in the reverse, ensure the tabs on the battery line up
with the notches on the frame to
properly secure and lock the battery by
turning the key clockwise.

Charging the Battery
1. Safely remove the battery from
the eBike and gently remove the
rubber cover from the right side of
the battery to access charging port.
3.Connect the charger to the
battery and the LED light changes
to red. This indicates that charging
is taking place.
2. Plug the charger into the mains outlet, the LED light on the charger will turn green.
4.Once fully charged the LED on
the charger switches back to green.
Unplug the charger from the wall,
then from the battery.
Pressing the center Power button
on the battery display will show
the approximate charge level.
Do not leave the battery charging unattended, promptly remove battery after charging is complete. Leaving the battery on the charger for extended periods if time may be hazardous. Avoid excessive heat or cold, do not leave battery in direct sunlight when possible.

Turning on your eBike
with 4 red LEDs
1. Ensure the battery is securely locked into the frame by turning
the key clockwise. Riding with the
key in the lock is not advised.
2. Press the red power button and the battery gauge will light up and indicate the approximate charge

Brake Controls
The Left brake level activates front brakes The Right brake lever activates Rear brake
Always use both brakes together
The left derailleur shifts the front chainring (1-3), the right shifts the rear freewheel (1-7). To shift, you must be pedaling. The lower thumb switch will click when it shifts down, the top trigger shifts up.
Checklist before you start riding
1. Check the wheels are mounted properly
2. Check tire pressure is correct
3. Check the pedals are firmly attached
4. Ensure the brakes work properly.
5. Check the tightness of the chain.
6. Check the gear function.
7. Check all bolts, nuts, and screws are tightened.
8. Check the power indication via the LED’s on the battery/module.
9. Check the tightness of saddle.
Please ensure that if you intend to ride at night, you have installed appropriate lights and checked that they are working.

Maintenance
Wipe the bike with a dry cloth or a neutral detergent. Check the pressure and profile of the tires. Check the brakes for wear and adjust or replace them if necessary. Check the wheels for buckles or damaged spokes and have them repaired immediately by a
qualified bike repair specialist.
Use a lubricating oil on the metal parts, please note the motor should not be lubricated Wipe the plastic and paint coated parts with a dish cloth. Increase the frequency of using lubricating oils in wet and humid climates. (Recommended
to use 30SAE Lubricating Oil).
Brake pads, brake lines, and derailleurs will need tightening or adjustment periodically.
6 Week Inspection.
It is recommended that after this period you should inspect your bike, as things will become loose and need re-tightening.
Every 6 Months.
It is recommended that every six months you complete a full service on your bike to keep it in excellent working order.
When stored and not in use, remove the battery and store in a cool, dry place. Charge the battery periodically as the battery will discharge over an extended time of no use.
Failure to do so will result in the battery falling into a dormant state, rendering the battery unrepairable.
