2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Talking to Visitors

1. When a visitor presses the call button located on the door station, the

indoor phone will we give a ding dong sound and activate the indoor

phone screen. The indoor phone screen will display a picture of the

visitor automatically.

2. Pick up the handset receiver and talk button in the indoor phone, and

then speak to the visitor, the picture will automatically switch off after

about 40s.To reactivate the picture, press the monitor button.

3. After you have finished speaking to the visitor, replace the receiver onto

the indoor phone , the picture will switch off automatically.

2.2 Checking Outside the Front Doo

4. Press monitor button in the indoor phone, screen will automatically display a

picture, with a view outside of your front door. After you finished viewing the area,

pleass press monitor button again to switch off the picture.

2.3 Operating Monitor Handset Panic Alarm (may choose)

5.While you press alarm button, it will have Sirens sound from the door station until

the button is repress.

2.4 Opening Front Door Automatically

6. After communicating with visitor, press the door lock button. This will unlock the

electronic lock for 6 ~10s.If the door is opened within a period of time, the lock will

automatically lock again. Press the button again to unlock.

Note

To

be able to use the electronic lock release function, your door must be

fitted with an electronic lock, and wired according to the instructions within

this installation manual.

2.5 Maintaining

1. Do not put indoor phone near a stove, high temperature

or

humidity, this

will cause the unit to malfunction.

2. Do not put indoor phone near devices that generate strong magnetic

fields, like televisions, speakers.

3. Do not drop indoor phone

or

door station and avoid excessive force.

4. Do not use wet hands when answering

or

operating the indoor phone.

V olatile, corrosive liquids

or

paint thinner should not be used to clean the

indoor phone

or

door station.

5. Do no t try to disassemble the products by yourself,If the products have

problem,please contact with the suppliers.

6. Keep picture clear by cleaning door station lens window frequently with

a soft cloth.

3. Installation of indoor phone

When you install indoor phone onto a wall, ensure surface is flat. The

indoor phone screen center should be installed at between1.45-

1.50meters, a nd fixed by screws.

Attention:

1) The wire length can't more than 20 meters if don't use shield line and

enhanced signal equipment.

2)

To

have best talking purpose, we advice use 4 × 0.75mm

2

copper line

between outdoor station and indoor phone.

Remarks

When choosing a location to install the  indoor phone, install it onto a non-

inflammable surface. Avoid near excessive humidity, strong magnetic,

dangerous chemicals, and direct sunlight place.

3.1 Installation of door station

When install the door station, ensure that it is located in dry place. It is

important that the door station

or

the electronics do not get wet. The door

station should be i nstalled at between1.45-1.50meters.

3.4 Picture Interference Problems

Indoor phone picture is indecipherable light directed into the camera lens. Picture interrupted

or

blurred due to cable noise, if call button on camera

housing is pressed

or

intercom communications.

Picture interrupted

or

blurred due to radio wave jamming when a

automobile

or

motorcycle passes.

Picture interrupted

or

blurred due to speaker magnetic field, caused by

handset receiver being too close to monitor.

The above problems are normal and do not mean the unit is damaged,

broken and needs repairing.
