For baking cakes, pizza and
breads, as well as roasting
meats and vegetables.
Upper Rack Position
For toasting, bagels, open faced
sandwiches, quesadillas and
broiling.
Middle Rack Position

For broiling and baking
thicker items.

These helpful hints are intended to be a
supplement to the Instruction Booklet.
In order to ensure safe operation and optimum
performance, please read the
entire Instruction Booklet.

Function Guide
Use: Toast, Bagel, Bake, Broil, Keep Warm, Reheat
Toast or Bagel:
• Select Toast or Bagel.
• Press shade button for browning shades.
• Turn dial to set browning shades 1-7.
• If desired, press Defrost for frozen bread.
You may press the Defrost button either
before or after setting the shade.
• Press Start/Stop to begin toasting.
• Ready tone will sound at end of cycle
and oven will turn off.
Bake, Keep Warm, or Reheat:
• Select function.
• Press Temp.
• Turn dial to enter temperature.
• Press Timer.
• Turn dial to enter cooking time.
• Press Start/Stop to start oven.
• Press Start/Stop to turn oven off.
Broil:
• Select Broil.
• Press Timer.
• Turn dial to enter cooking time.
• Press Start/Stop to start oven.
• Press Start/Stop to turn oven off.
Convection:
You may turn on the convection fan with
Bake or Broil :
• Select function.
• Set oven Temp and Time.
• Press convection button.
• Press Start/Stop to start oven.
• Press Start/Stop to turn off oven.
Deactivating Oven Sounds:
• To turn off the electronic beeps press
the Shade and Defrost buttons
simultaneously for 2 seconds. To
reinstate all the beeps, repeat. If you
unplug the oven, beeps will turn back on.
Setting the Clock:
• Press Clock and time will start blinking
in the display.
• Turn dial to select PM
• Turn dial to change hours.
• Turn dial to change minutes.
• Clock will start automatically when
ashing stops.
If toasting two items, center
them in the middle of the rack.

Helpful Hints
If toasting four items, place
two in front and two in back,
evenly spaced.
If toasting six items, place
three in front and three in back,
evenly spaced.
