PRODUCT FEATURES
The Cuisinart™ Wine Aerator combines innovation with cutting-edge design. Aeration enriches the avour and bouquet of young tannic red wines, and white wines as well. It produces a softer, silky smooth feel.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse the aerator, stand and base before each use.
1. Place the stand on top of a wine glass, with the raised side facing down into the glass (g. 1).
2. Place the aerator in the stand, making sure it is securely in place (g. 2). (For a more secure system, one hand may be used to hold the aerator while the other pours the wine.)
3. Pour the wine into the aerator slowly (g. 3).
4. You will hear the aerator draw in and mix the proper amount of air as it lters into the wine glass, allowing the wine to breathe instantly.
5. Repeat the above process for additional glasses of wine. Be sure to clean the aerator if you wish to switch to a different type of wine.
6. When nished, take the aerator out of the stand and clean it according to the instructions listed in the Cleaning and Maintenance section. Store the aerator and stand on the base provided (g. 4).
