Place the large work bowl

turn the work bowl
clockwise until you feel

the disc onto
the adapter stem.

picking it up by its hub and
positioning it over
the center of the
bowl. Twist it into
position, then
push the blade

lock it into place.

blade on top of
grid, using prongs

DICING: ASSEMBLING THE DICER IN WORK BOWL
With large work bowl on
base, insert stem adapter.

on top of grid. Push down

It should not move if positioned
accurately.
NOTE: Always use caution
when handling the dicing blade;
it is very sharp.
Be sure “This Side Up” shows
on top. The cutting grid should

be facing with the triangle on
front of the grid, aligned with
the center of the work bowl
handle. Dicer will not work if
inserted incorrectly.
• Follow instructions under
Cover Operation to lock cover
onto work bowl.
• The dicing disc and grid make
cubed pieces of fruit and vegetables.
The recommended speed for dicing
most fruits and vegetables is High.
Use Low speed when dealing with
very soft items such as kiwi.
• When dicing, only use the medium
or small feed tube. Be sure to
pack single items tightly, to the left
of the feed tube using consistent
downward pressure.
USE THE CLEANING TOOL TO CLEAR THE GRID
• First dislodge jammed particles using
the long single tooth on the handle.
Then align the two long pins along
the right and left of the grid.
Guide the cleaner into the correct
position and press down to clear
the grid of food residue.
• When processing items like squash,
potatoes and carrots, clean the grid
every 3 to 4 times to prevent buildup.
• When large pieces of food remnants
are lying between the grid and disc,
use caution when cleaning off the
remains by using the gaps featured
to the right and left of the grid.
NOTE: We do not recommend dicing
frozen foods and meats.
For dicing use medium or small
pusher only.
TIP: Always process foods from soft
(kiwi) to hard (potato).
OPERATING THE SPIRALIZER
With large

spiralizer disc
holder over the
stem adapter
and secure into
place.

UTILICE LA HERRAMIENTA DE LIMPIEZA
PARA LIMPIAR LA REJILLA
• Primero retire los residuos con el lado
largo, luego haga coincidir los dos dientes
largos con la derecha y la izquierda de
la rejilla, guíe la herramienta limpiadora
en la posición correcta y presione para
limpiar la rejilla.
• Cuando procese alimentos tales como
zanahorias, calabacines y papas, limpie
la rejilla 3–4 veces durante el procesado
para evitar los atascos.
• Si pedazos grandes de alimentos quedan
atrapados entre la rejilla y el disco,
quítelos con cuidado, usando el espacio
a la derecha y a la izquierda de la rejilla.
NOTA: No le aconsejamos que corte en
cubos alimentos congelados.
Utilice solamente el empujador
mediano o el empujador pequeño para
cortar en cubos.
CONSEJO: Siempre procese
los alimentos suaves primero, y luego
los ingredientes firmes.
Presione el botón de velocidad
deseado y empuje suavemente

Quite los residuos
