II. Introduction
2.1 Product Description
The PS-H1701 HMI (Human Machine Interface) is powered by Intel Atom D2550 1.86GHz dual core onboard processor with a 17 touch screen LCD. The thickness of this panel system is only 5.4cm which is ideal for limited space. In order to meet the criteria of the harsh industrial environment, the system also provides optimal shock, vibration and temperature resistance.
The powerful CPU with integrated graphic engine provides a resolution up to 1280 x 1024 pixels. With Intel NM10 chipset, two Ethernet ports, five USB
2.0, two serial ports, and one DVI-I are provided as external I/O interface. Besides the Cfast socket, the internal SATA interface provides an alternate storage interface. Also, the extension Mini PCIe interface can be used by many expansion cards, such as a wireless LAN card. With all these features, the wide range of applications can be satisfied by the PS-H1701.
