C13 SWIVEL DOES NOT COME WITH A FOOT REST ATTACHED AS SEEN IN PHOTOS

IMPORTANT:

Align the Swivel Base ( B ) in the notched out section of the seat braces. Rotate the
swivel so all 8 countersunk holes are visable and secure the base to the seat using 8x
1 1/2" screws.

Place Seat Assembly ( A ) upsidedown, resting on the arms, allowing the back to hang
down so seat is sitting flat.
