I. OPER ATION
1. Open the battery cover and take out the battery compartment. Insert four
AA size batteries into the compartment making sure the batteries are
inserted correctly (+/-).Put the compartment back inside the product and
the battery cover. (see Fig I).
2. Turn the volume /power switch at the rear to the “MAX” position.
(see Fig II). Open the wood box lid and the music will start to play. To
stop the music, turn the volume /power switch to the “OFF” position or
close the wood box lid. To restart, open the box lid and turn the volume/
power switch to the “MAX” position. (See FIG.II and FIG.III)
3. To select a song category, turn the music select switch at the rear of the box
to either “CHRISTMAS SONGS” or “YEAR-AROUND SONGS”. If you
move the music select switch while a song is playing, the new song from
the other category will not start to play until the current song is over
(see Fig II)

II. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Your jewelry box has been designed to give many seasons of trouble-free
operation. In the event a problem occurs, please refer to the following chart
for a suggested solution.

III. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions-All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the appliance is operated.
2. Retain instructions-The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
3. Heed warnings-All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be adhered to.
4. Follow instructions-All operating and use instructions should be followed.
5. Water and Moisture-The appliance should not be used near water-for example, near a bathtub, washbowl,
kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool, etc.
6. Heat-The appliance should be situated away from beat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves,
or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
7. Power Sources-The appliance should be connected to a power supply only of the type described in
the operating instructions or as marked on the appliance.

Object and Liquid Entry-Care should be taken so that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled
into the enclosure through openings.
9.
Damage Requiring Service-The appliance should be serviced by qualified service personnel when:
A The power-supply cord or the plug has been damaged; or
B Objects have fallen or liquid has been spilled into the appliance; or
C The appliance has been exposed to rain; or
D The appliance does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance; or
E The appliance has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged.

Servicing-The user should not attempt to service the appliance beyond that described in the operating
instructions. All other servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel.
Crosley Radio Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days beginning from the date of sale to the end user/retailer.
Should the unit fail under normal usage during the 90 day warranty period, a request for RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R.A.) must be made by the end user/retailer
before returning the unit. Call Crosley Radio customer service for Return Authorization at (502) 583-4246 from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.
Upon receiving the RETURN AUTHORIZATION number from the Customer Service Department, properly pack your unit in its original packaging. Include any adapters, parts,
& accessories which were originally provided with the product, along with a check or money order for $19.95 made out to Crosley Radio to cover the handling and return postage.
Display the R.A. # on the outside of the carton and ship PREPAID via standard UPS or its equivalent.

CROSLEYRADIO assumes no responsibility for units sent without prior Return Authorization.The purchaser’s bill of sale is the only proof of warranty entitlement and must
accompany the unit. The warranty does not cover damage due to acts of nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modification of, or to any part of the product.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized
by Crosley Radio to service the product. This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS or consumables (such as fuses or batteries). This warranty is valid only in the United States.
This warranty gives the purchaser specified legal rights in addition to any rights which may vary from state to state. In accordance with the "Moss-Magnuson Warranty Act"
of July 10, 1975, this is termed a "limited warranty" which in no way compromises Crosley Radio’s high standards of Quality and Workmanship.
