Construction: Heliarc welded, fully insulated,
stainless steel double pan construction. Support channels welded at base, integral dual layer fully welded
corner posts (all four corners).
Bumper: Continuous wrap around aluminum (dovetail) designed bumper complete with (secure fit) nonmarking vinyl insert.
Doors: Double pan design, fully insulated, 12 gauge
hinges, recessed door pulls

SPECIFICATIONS
Casters: Super duty polyurethane casters mounted to 1/4
inch mounting plates. (4) swivel with brakes (ER-40
only) (2) rigid.
Casters equipped with mounting plate shall be secured to
reinforced base channel with 3/8” carriage bolts.
Racking: Fully welded one piece shelving is removable
for cleaning.
Tray configuration: (IMC-16-RS)= 8 level 6.5” spacing.
Holds 16 trays (12” x 20”), (14” x 18”), (15” x 20”)
(IMC-24-RS)= 6 level 5.375” spacing.
Holds 24 trays (12” x 20”), (14” x 18”), (15” x 20”)
