Functions and Features
The TPMC-10-DSW is a wall-mounted docking station for the Crestron® TPMC-10
Isys i/O™ WiFi Touchpanel. The TPMC-10-DSW, recessed in the wall, turns the
TPMC-10 into a fully-functioning wall mounted touchpanel, and charges its built-in
battery at the same time.
When the touchpanel is inserted into the cradle, mating with the interface connector,
and is pushed back into position, a motorized locking mechanism secures the
touchpanel in the docking station; and a green LED indicates the TPMC-10 is
properly docked and its battery is charging.
The locking arms are released either by pressing a button on the docking station
(uncoded mode) or, for added security, by entering a numeric passcode on the
docking station keypad (coded mode).
When the locking arms are released, the cradle assembly and touchpanel tilt outward
and the touchpanel may then be removed by hand for typical portable use.
