FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

• Industry's rst line of propane heated hot
cabinets allowing you to hold food safely
outdoors*.

• Fully insulated holding cabinet keeps prepared
foods at proper serving temperatures easily.

• Powerful, yet efcient, proprietary propane
heating system maintains the right temperature
to properly hold foods utilizing 8700 BTU's of
heat. Safely hold up to 200˚F (93˚C).

• Ample capacity to hold up to 22 steam table
pans or 11 sheet pans.

• Utilizes standard 1 lb. propane tanks for up to
8 hours of hold time. Also approved for 20 lb.
tank use for longer hold periods.

INSULATED

HC1-UA-11

• Heavy duty 8" pneumatic swivel casters, two
with brakes. Rear casters are xed to provides
mobility when fully loaded, and stability during
transport even in tough outdoor conditions.

• Easy visual sight glass to see propane ame.

• Piezo ignition system.

• Available body and rail custom colors or add a

vinyl or magnetic door with your logo!

• Eleven sets of locking transport angles
accommodate a variety of pan sizes on
adjustable 1-1/2" centers. Provides capacity for
up to (22) 2 x 20 steam table pans.
