Thank you for purchasing the Tivoli Hutch. This page
lists all the contents included in the box. Please take
time to identify the hardware as well as the individual
components of this product. As you unpack and prepare
for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or
padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 Fit dowels of fixed shelves into corresponding holes of
left and right side panels as shown. Secure side panels
with 4 bolts, 4 spring washers, and 4 flat washers per
fixed shelf, using a phillips head screwdriver. Do not over
tighten the bolts.

2 Carefully place front frame onto clean, padded surface.
With the assistance of another adult, fit dowels of
assembled unit into corresponding holes of front frame.
Using a screwdriver, secure with 6 bolts, 6 spring
washers, and 6 flat washers as shown.
NOTE: Do not over
tighten the screws
3 Insert bottom panel into corresponding groove of
assembly as shown.

4 Secure bottom panel with 8 medium screws, using a
screwdriver. Do not over tighten the screws.

5 With the assistance of another adult, carefully position
unit upright. Fit dowels of assembled unit into
corresponding holes of top panel. Secure top panel with 6
bolts, 6 spring washers, and 6 flat washers.

6 Attach back panel to back of assembled unit with 19
medium screws as shown.

7 A) With the assistance of another adult, carefully place
assembled unit onto back as shown. Secure back panel
with 4 medium screws.
B) Attach plate to left door with 2 handle screws and
handle to right door with 4 handle screws as shown, using
a screwdriver.

8 With the assistance of another adult, carefully place
hutch on top of buffet (sold separately) as shown. Secure
units with 2 connecting plates with 2 small screws, using
a screwdriver.
Assembly is now complete.

For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the wall mounting
hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it is essential to use wall
anchors appropriate to your wall type (i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete,
etc.). Mount to wood studs whenever possible.
A) Attach 2 mouting brackets to top of unit as shown, using 2 small
screws per bracket.
B) Determine the final location of unit. Mark position on the wall,
approximately 2" below the bracket mounted to the back of the hutch.
C) Drill a hole in the wall stud. If the wall stud is not available, drill a
hole in the wall that is slightly smaller in diameter than the anchor.
Gently tap the plastic anchor until the flange of the anchor is flush with
the wall.
D) Attach the mounting bracket to the wall by inserting 2 large screws
through the wall fitting and into each plastic anchor in the wall.
E) Place the unit so the wall fitting on the back edge is aligned with the
wall fitting on wall.
F) Lace one end of the wall strap through both fittings, and into the
other end of the strap.
G) Pull the strap tightly until secure. Repeat steps for remaining fitting
and wall strap.
Wall mounting assembly is now complete.

CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp
soft cloth. Do not use abrasive
cleaners. Do not use furniture wax
or polish as the wood is finished
with a protective clear lacquer.
