Thank you for purchasing the Tivoli Buffet. This page
lists all the contents included in the box. Please take
time to identify the hardware as well as the individual
components of this product. As you unpack and
prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted
or padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 With the assistance of another adult, fit dowels of
bottom panel into corresponding holes of left and right
side panels. Secure bottom panel to side panels with 4
phillips bolts, 4 spring washers and 4 flat washers
using a phillips screw driver. Do not over tighten the
bolts.

2 With the assistance of another adult, carefully place front
frame onto a clean, padded surface. Fit dowels of
assembled unit into corresponding holes of front frame as
shown. Secure front panel with 8 phillips bolts, 8 spring
washers and 8 flat washers.

NOTE: Do not over
tighten the screws
3 A) With the assistance of another adult, carefully
position unit upright. Fit dowels of assembled unit into
corresponding holes of top panel. Secure top panel to
side panels with 4 allen bolts, 4 spring washers and 4
flat washers, using an allen wrench.
B) Secure top panel to front frame with 2 phillips bolts,
2 spring washers and 2 flat washers, using a screwdriver.

4 Attach back panel to assembled unit with 18 small
screws, using a screwdriver.

5 A) Fit dowels of drawer crossbar into corresponding
holes of drawer front and back panels as shown. Secure
drawer crossbar to front panel with 1 large screw, using
a screwdriver.
B) Secure drawer crossbar to drawer back panel with 1
large screw, using a screwdriver.
C) Slide drawer bottom panel into corresponding
grooves of drawer front and back panels.

6 Fit dowels of assembled unit into corresponding holes
of drawer left and right side panels as shown. Secure
each side with 4 large screws, using a screwdriver.

7 A) Fit drawer glides of drawer assembly into corresponding drawer glides of assembled unit as shown.
B) Attach 2 pulls to drawer front with 2 medium screws
per pull as shown, using a screwdriver.

8 A) Insert 4 shelf pins at desired shelf heights as shown.
B) Place adjustable shelf into assembled unit as shown.
Make sure shelf is fully supported by shelf pins.
C) Attach plate to left door with 2 medium screws and
handle to right door with 4 medium screws as shown.
Assembly is now complete.
CLEANING & CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the
unit is finished with a protective clear lacquer.
