Please take time to identify the hardware as well as the
individual components of this product. As you unpack
and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a
carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 Fit left and right side panels onto wood dowels of 1 top fixed
shelf, 1 bottom fixed shelf, and 1 bottom panel as shown. Secure
panels with 4 flat bolts, 4 spring washers, and 4 flat washers per
panel, using a phillips head screwdriver.

2 With the assistance of another adult, carefully place front
frame face down onto a clean, padded surface as shown. Align
dowels of assembly with holes in front frame and fit into position.
Secure assembled unit with 6 bolts, 6 spring washers, and 6 flat
washers as shown.

3 A) With the assistance of another adult, carefully place
assembled unit upright. Fit top panel onto wood dowels of
assembled unit as shown. Secure top panel with 6 flat
bolts, 6 spring washers, and 6 flat washers.
B) Attach pull onto drop leaf of assembled unit with 2 pull
screws as shown. Secure pull with a phillips head
screwdriver.

4 Attach 2 wine rack side panels to 2 horizontal
slotted panels as shown with 4 large screws per side
panel. Secure, but do not over tighten screws with a
phillips head screwdriver.

5 A) Slide the wine rack assembly into the grooves from the
back of the assembled unit as shown.
B) Insert 4 vertical slotted panels into wine rack assembly
as shown. Press panels in firmly to secure.

6 Attach back panel onto assembled unit as shown with
20 small screws. Secure screws with a phillips head
screwdriver.
7 A) Insert 4 shelf pins into assembled unit at desired shelf
height. Press firmly to secure.
B) Place adjustable shelf onto shelf pins. Make sure shelf is
securely supported by each shelf pin.
C) Attach 2 pulls onto doors of assembled unit as shown
with 2 pull screws per pull.
D) Refer to page 4 for door hinge adjustment instructions.
Assembly is now complete.

Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture
wax or polish as the wood is finished with a
protective clear lacquer.

HINGE ADJUSTMENT
If the doors do not appear square or aligned,
loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on
each case hinge as illustrated.

1) Side to side adjustment:
Loosen screw A, adjust gap
with screw B and re-tighten
screw A.

2) Depth adjustment:
Loosen screw A, push hinge arm
forwards or backwards, re-tighten
screw A and secure screw B with
a 1/4 turn clockwise.

3) Height adjustment:
Loosen screw C, adjust
door height and retighten screw C.

Safety Mounting Instructions
For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the
wall mounting hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it
is essential to use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type
(i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.). Mount to wood studs
whenever possible.
A) Attach wall bracket to top of unit using 2 medium
screws as shown.
B) Determine the final location of unit. Mark position on the
wall, approximately 2" below the wall bracket mounted to
the back of the unit.
C) Drill a hole in the wall stud. If the wall stud is not
available, drill a hole in the wall that is slightly smaller in
diameter than the anchor. Gently tap the plastic anchor
until the flange of the anchor is flush with the wall.
D) Attach wall bracket to the wall by inserting 2 large
screws, and into the plastic anchor in the wall.
E) Place the unit so the wall brackets on the back edge are
aligned with the wall brackets on the wall.
F) Lace one end of the wall strap through both brackets,
and into the other end of the strap.
G) Pull the strap tightly until secure.
H) Repeat steps A-G for remaining wall brackets and wall
straps.

mounting method you should use, consult a
qualified professional or your local hardware
store.
