individual components of this product. As you unpack
and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a
carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this

1 A. Insert 2 cams into the center panel as shown.
Make sure the arrow on the cam points towards the
closest edge.
B. Insert 3 wood dowels and 2 cam screws into the
back frame. Fully tighten each cam screw with a phillips
head screwdriver.

2 Fit center panel into position over dowels. Make sure
the wheels of the drawer glides face up as shown. Secure
by turning each cam 90º clockwise with a flat head
screwdriver.

3 A. Position side frame assembly as shown. Insert 2
cams and 3 wood dowels into the center panel.
B. Insert 2 cam screws into the front frame as shown. Fit
front frame onto dowels of center panel. Secure by
turning each cam 90º with a screwdriver.
C. Attach 1 pull to each door with 1 short pull bolt.
Secure with a screwdriver.

4 Attach 3 tabs on center panel to front frame as shown
with 3 flat head screws. Secure each screw with the
phillips head screwdriver.

5 A. Fit towel bar into holes of 2 towel bar brackets.
Insert 2 wood dowels into bottom holes of brackets.
B. Fit towel rack assembly onto left side frame and
attach with 2 long bolts. Secure with a screwdriver.

Casters with
brakes along
same edge
7 At this point decide if you want to install casters or legs
onto the kitchen cart. Follow Step A or B depending on
your choice.
A. Insert 4 legs into the threaded holes on the underside
of the bottom panel. Turn each clockwise to secure.
B. Insert 2 casters and 2 casters with brakes with 4
short screws (5/32” dia) per caster. Make sure to attach
the casters with brakes along the same edge as shown.

6 Attach 2 side frames to the case assembly with 12
medium bolts (1-1/4” long) as shown. Fully tighten all
bolts with a screwdriver.

8 A. With the assistance of another adult, turn case
assembly upside down. Insert 2 wood dowels on the edge of
the center panel as shown.
B. Fit bottom panel into position on dowels and secure with
4 medium bolts (1” long) and 2 long screws. Fully tighten
with a screwdriver.

9 A. With the assistance of another adult, turn case
assembly upright. Fit 7 metal brackets into the slots
back, side and center panels.
B. Fit top into position, aligning holes on underside with
holes in metal brackets. Secure with 1 short bolt per
bracket.

11 A. Attach drawer back to assembly with 2 medium
screws per side and secure with a screwdriver.
B. Attach drawer pull with 1 long pull bolt. Secure with
a screwdriver.
C. Repeat Steps 10 and 11 for remaining 2 drawers.

10 A. Attach 1 left and 1 right drawer side to the drawer
front as shown with 2 medium screws per side. Make sure

the wheel on each drawer side is at the back. Secure with a
screwdriver but do not over tighten screws.
B. Slide drawer bottom into slot at base of drawer front and
side panels.

12 A. Insert 3 drawers into the case, fitting glides on drawers
into corresponding glides on the inside of the case.
B. Insert 4 shelf pins at desired shelf height and fit adjustable
shelf into position. Secure shelf from below with 1 short
screw (1/8"dia) per shelf pin. Assembly is now complete.
CLEANING AND CARE
Clean spills on surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not
use abrasive cleaners. The wood top is treated with mineral
oil. It is suggested to re-oil the base and top once a month.
After applying the mineral oil, make sure the finish is fully dry
before using.
