1 - seat base
A
1 A) Fit pre-installed dowels of seat base into corresponding holes of seat back as shown. Attach each corner block
of seat base to seat back with 2 large bolts, 2 large spring
washers and 2 large flat washers as shown. Secure, but
do not over tighten, bolts with a large allen wrench.
B) Secure seat base to seat back with 1 medium bolt, 1
large spring washer and 1 large flat washer as shown.
Secure bolt with a large allen wrench.

2 Attach adjustment mechanism to bottom of seat
base with 4 small bolts, 4 small spring washers and
4 small flat washers as shown. Secure bolts with a
small allen wrench.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
While sitting in the chair, pull the level up to
lower the seat. To raise the seat, take your
weight off the chair and pull the lever up.
CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners.
3 A) Position seat assembly upright as shown. Fit
bottom of gas lift into center of leg base as shown.
Press down firmly on gas lift to secure.
B) Fit top of gas lift into adjustable mechanism.
Firmly sit on seat to secure assembly.
Assembly is now complete.
