and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a
carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.

1 A) Detach back cover of seat base and peel back as shown.
Attach center hole of seat base to corresponding center hole of
seat back with 1 medium bolt, 1 large spring washer, 1 large
flat washer as shown. Secure, but do not fully tighten, bolt with
a large allen wrench.
B) Attach remaining holes of seat base to corresponding holes of
seat back with 4 large bolts, 4 large spring washers, 4 large flat
washers. Secure, but do not fully tighten, bolts with a large allen
wrench.

2 Attach left and right arms to assembled unit as
shown with 2 small bolts, 2 small spring washers,
and 2 small flat washers per arm. Secure, but do not
fully tighten, bolts with a small allen wrench.
At this point, fully tighten all bolts mentioned in step 1
and 2.

3 Reattach cover of seat base as shown. Insert 1
arm cap to each arm as shown.

4 Attach seat adjuster onto bottom of assembled
unit as shown with 4 extra small bolts, 4 small
spring washers, and 4 small flat washers. Secure
bolts with a small allen wrench.

5 A) Insert 5 wheels into leg base as shown. Turn
each wheel clockwise to secure.
B) Insert gas lift into leg base assembly as shown.
Press firmly to secure.
