FORM SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR TABLE

Thank you for purchasing the Form Square or Rectan­gular Table. This page lists all the contents included in

the box. Please take time to identify the hardware as
well as the individual components of this product. As
you unpack and prepare for assembly, place the
contents on a carpeted or padded area to protect them
from damage.

Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Do not over
tighten the bolts

1 With the assistance of another adult, place tabletop
onto clean, padded surface as shown. Attach 4 legs to

tabletop with 2 spring washers, 2 flat washers and 2
bolts per leg as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten

the bolts, using an allen wrench. Carefully place table
upright.
Assembly is now complete.

CLEANING AND CARE

Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Periodically tighten bolts as necessary.
It is recommendedto use coasters to protect surface from
heat and water.
