and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a

Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 Insert 4 cam screws into left and right side panels as
shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, each cam screw
using a phillips head screwdriver.

2 Insert 2 cams into top crossbar, bottom crossbar and
front crossbar as shown. Make sure arrows on each cam
points toward the nearest edge with holes.

4 A) Fit bar into corresponding holes of bar brackets as
shown.
B) Fit pre-assembled dowels of bar brackets into correspond-
ing holes of right side panel and secure with 1 bolt per
bracket using an allen wrench. Do not over tighten the bolts.
Repeat steps for left side panel.

5 Place right side panel onto a clean, padded surface. Fit
pre-assembled dowels of top and bottom crossbars into
corresponding holes of right side panel as shown. Secure top
and bottom crossbars by turning each cam clockwise until it
securely engages each cam screw, using a screwdriver.

6 Carefully slide back panel into corresponding grooves of
assembled unit as shown.

7 Fit pre-assembled dowel of top panel into corresponding
holes of right side panel. Secure cam.

8 Fit dowels of partition into corresponding holes of
assembled unit as shown. Make sure glides of partition are
positioned as shown. Secure partition with 2 bolts.

12A Attach 4 legs to assembled unit with 3 medium screws per leg
as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, the screws using a phillips
head screwdriver.

OPTION 2:

12B Attach 2 casters and 2 lock casters to assembled unit with
4 small screws per caster as shown.

13 A) With the assistance of another adult, place
assembled unit upright. Insert 4 shelf pins at desired shelf
height as shown.
B) Place shelf onto shelf pins as shown. Make sure shelf
is securely supported by each shelf pin.

14 Insert bottom edge of right door front into
bottom back groove of unit as shown. Press and
hold down both levers (located at the back of door)
to insert top edge of door into top back groove of
unit. Release levers to secure door. Repeat for left
door front using the front groove of unit.

15 A) With the assistance of another adult, fit pre-assembled slide bars
on underside of tabletop into corresponding notches of assembled
unit. Secure tabletop to front crossbar with 2 bolts as shown.
B) Secure tabletop to left and right side panels with 2 bolts per side
as shown.

16 Fit dowels of drawer front panel into corresponding holes
of 2 drawer side panels. Make sure drawer glides are facing
out as shown. Secure each drawer side panel with 2 large
screws using a screwdriver.

17 Slide drawer bottom panel into corresponding grooves of
assembled drawer as shown. Secure drawer bottom panel to
drawer front panel with 3 medium screws as shown.

18 A) Fit dowels of drawer back panel into corresponding
holes of assembled unit. Secure drawer back panel to
drawer side panels with 4 large screws as shown.
B) Secure drawer back panel to drawer bottom panel with 3
medium screws as shown.
C) Attach pull to assembled drawer unit with 2 pull bolts.
Repeat steps 17-19 for remaining drawer.
19 Fit drawers into assembled unit as shown.
Assembly is now complete.

DROP-LEAF EXTENSION
NOTE: Make sure leaf is
securely supported by bars on
underside of tabletop
NOTE: Be careful
not to pinch your
fingers when lifting
and lowering the
leaf
Locate extension leaf on side of assembly.
Carefully lift extension leaf 90º as shown.
NOTE: Make sure to grab the leaf near the
bottom with both hands. Reach under and
pull slide bars out. Gently lower extension
leaf down.
Leaf extension is now complete.

CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the
wood is finished with a protective clear lacquer.
