This page lists all the contents included in the box.
Please take time to identify the hardware as well as
the individual components of this product. As you
unpack and prepare for assembly, place the
contents on a carpeted or padded area to protect
them from damage.

TOOLS REQUIRED

Phillips head screwdriver

Mirror with
bevelled edge
facing down

1 Place mirror frame face down on a smooth, carpeted
surface. Carefully slide the mirror under the tabs on the
back of the frame. Make sure the bevelled edge of the mirror
faces down.

2 Slide plywood back under tabs and on top of mirror. 3 Secure 5 mounting tabs to back of frame assembly

4 Insert 3 short screws through the short & long
hanging wires, through 3 mounting tabs and into the
mirror frame as shown. Fully tighten all screws with a
phillips head screwdriver.

Made in China

with 5 short screws where indicated above. Tighten with
a phillips head screwdriver.

HANGING INSTRUCTIONS

Whenever possible, hanging hardware should be installed in
a wall stud.
Use hardware appropriate for your wall type. If you are unsure
about your wall type, consult a professional or your local
hardware store.

CAUTION: Use extreme caution when hanging heavy objects
on the wall. Improper anchoring may result in serious injury.

CLEANING AND CARE

Clean metal surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth.
Clean mirror with a glass cleaner.
Do not use abrasive cleaners on the mirror or frame.
