Crate & Barrel Alfresco Cart Assembly Instruction

ALFRESCO CART

Thank you for purchasing the Alfresco Cart. This page
lists all the contents included in the box. Please take
time to identify the hardware as well as the individual
components of this product. As you unpack and prepare
for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or
padded area to protect them from damage.

Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

(We recommend the use of hand tools instead of power tools)

CLEANING AND CARE

Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. It is recommended to use coasters to
protect surface from heat and water and to cover the cart if
left outdoors for the winter.

To remove small scratches, trays can be lightly sanded
with a 0000 extra fine steel wool or very fine sand paper.
Remember to always sand in the direction of the wood
grain.

over tighten
the bolts

handle is assembled

1 Attach left and right side frames to back frame with 4
large bolts as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten,
bolts with an allen wrench. At this point, cover exposed
bolts with 4 bolt caps.

frame are aligned
during assembly

2 Attach front frame to side frames with 4 large bolts as
shown. Cover exposed bolts with 4 bolt caps.

3 A) With assistance of another adult, position unit upright.
Remove 4 small bolts (pre-installed) from assembled unit
with a phillips head screwdriver.
B) Align hole in pin on wheel with hole in front/back
frames, and secure with 1 small bolt, using a screwdriver.
Make sure wheel is securely engaged by bolt. Repeat
steps for remaining 3 wheels.

4 A) Place small tray and cup tray onto corresponding
bottom ledges of assembly as shown. Make sure trays are
securely supported by each ledge.
B) Place large tray onto corresponding top ledges of
assembly as shown. Assembly is now complete.
