As you unpack and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.

NOTE: Make sure arrows on each cam point toward nearest edge with holes

1 A) Insert 5 wood dowels into left and right side panels as shown. B) Insert 4 cams into bottom panel as shown. Make sure arrows on each cam point toward nearest edge with holes.
NOTE: Do not over tighten the bolts

2 With the assistance of another adult, place front frame onto a clean, padded surface as shown. Insert 11 wood dowels and 4 cam screws into front frame as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, each cam screw using a
phillips head screwdriver.
NOTE: Do not over tighten the screws

3 Fit dowels of left side panel into corresponding holes of fixed shelf as shown. Secure left side panel to fixed shelf with 3 bolts as shown, using a phillips head screw- driver. Do not over tighten the bolts.

4 Fit dowels of left side panel into corresponding holes of bottom panel as show. Secure left side panel to bottom panel with 3 large screws as shown, using a screwdriver.

5 A) With the assistance of another adult, position assembled unit as shown. Fit dowels of right side panel into corresponding holes of fixed shelf and bottom panel as shown. Secure right side panel to fixed shelf with 3 bolts, using a screwdriver. B) Secure right side panel to bottom panel with 3 large screws, using a screwdriver.
NOTE: If doors are not aligned, see Hinge Adjustment

6 A) With the assistance of another adult, fit dowels of front frame into corresponding holes of assembled unit as shown. Using a screwdriver, turn each cam clockwise until it securely engages each cam screw. B) Secure left and right side panels to front frame with 4 large screws per side as shown, using a screwdriver.

7 With the assistance of another adult, position unit upright. Fit dowels of left and right side panels into corresponding holes of top panel. Secure top panel to assembled unit with 10 bolts as shown, using a screwdriver.

8 Attach back panel to assembled unit with 19 small screws, using a screwdriver.

CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the wood is finished with a protective clear lacquer.

9 Fit crossbar into assembled unit and secure with 5 crossbar screws as shown, using a screwdriver. Assembly is now complete.
HINGE ADJUSTMENT
If the doors do not appear square or aligned, loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on each case hinge as illustrated.
1) Side to side adjustment: Loosen screw A, adjust gap with screw B and re-tighten screw A.
2) Depth adjustment: Loosen screw A, push hinge arm forwards or backwards, re-tighten screw A and secure screw B with a 1/4 turn clockwise.

3) Height adjustment: Loosen screw C, adjust door height and re­tighten screw C.

OPTIONAL WALL MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the wall mounting hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it is essential to use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type (i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.). Mount to wood studs whenever possible.
A. Insert small wall screw (included) through end wall strap and into the top back of unit as shown. B. Insert large wall screw (not included) through end of wall strap and into wall as shown.
Mounting assembly is now complete.
NOTE: If you are unsure about your wall type or what mounting method you should use, consult a qualified professional or your local hardware store.
NOTE: Insert screws 3/4"-1" from the edge of the strap
