ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. On a clean surface to protect against marring
the cart surface, carefully lay the pre-assembled Padded
Locking Top and Dual Locking Drawer Unit (#1) on its back. Unlock top and carefully lay the top back on the floor.
Step 2. Slide the C hrome Legs (#2) into the square holes on
each side of the Locking Top until the holes nearest the top
portion of the Chrome Legs are aligned with the bolt holes in the Locking Top. However, do not install bolts at this
time. Next, determine on which side of the Service Cart the
Pry Bar Holder (#12) and the Side Work Shelf (#11) will be mounted. (Each may be mounted on either side.)
Step 3. Open the Locking Pry Bar Holder (#12) and, with the lip on the back of
the Pry Bar Holder resting on top of the Locking Top frame, align bolt holes with the bolt holes in Locking Top and Legs. As shown in the diagram, insert two bolts
with one flat washer each through Pry Bar Holder, Locking Top and Legs and fasten using one flat washer, lock washer and nut on each bolt. Tighten securely.
Return Pry Bar Holder to the locked position before proceeding.
Step 4. On opposite side of cart, mount the Side Work Shelf (#11) in the same manner as outlined in Step 3. Once fasteners are tightened securely, open Side
Work Shelf and lock into place by resting the bottom edge of support plate in the
lip portion of the mounting plate.
Step 5. Slide Bottom Tray (#10) onto Chrome Legs (#2), align bolt holes and install fasteners in the same sequence as in Step 3, but do not tighten bolts until all four have been installed. Then, tighten all fasteners securely.
Step 6. Insert one caster (#3 & #4) into each of the four plastic inserts.
NOT E : Insert the two locking casters (#3) at the same end of the cart.
You are now ready to set the assembled Service Cart upright onto its wheels.
