PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Some dust created by power sanding, sawing,

. Know the tool stand and the power
tool. Read and understand opera- tor's manuals and other instructions
provided. . Securely bolt tool stand to floor. . Use only accessories designed
for your tool stand or power tool.
. Make sure power tools and acces-
sories are securely clamped. . Always check your set up. For
example, rotate accessory by
hand before applying power. . Keep your mind on your work.
Be alert. . Dress properly. Do not wear jewelry,
gloves, or loose clothing. . Wear a face shield or safety glasses.
. Never place hands in jeopardy.
Refer to Figure 2.
Check for completeness. Locate all parts before attempting assembly.
NOTE: Finger tighten fasteners until all components are assembled. Then
tighten all fasteners securely.
Attach a leg (Key No. 3) to the top bracket (Key No. 6) using two pan
head screws and hex nuts (Key Nos.
2 and 5). Note: The leg attaches to the outside of the bracket. Attach
another leg to the other side of the bracket.
Repeat the above procedure to build another leg set.
Attach the two leg sets to the slotted
top bracket (Key No. 7) with four pan
head screws and hex nuts. Note:
The slotted top bracket fits inside the legs and over the top bracket.
DESCRIPTION
The Sears Model 220200 Grinder
Stand is constructed of 16 gauge stamped steel, and is designed for use with most bench grinders. Top has two
x 21/8"slots located 61/2"apart.
Attach the remaining slotted top bracket to the other side of the
leg sets.
Attach the four braces (Key No. 4) to the legs. Note: Braces attach
inside the legs with the flange
toward the top.
Attach the four feet (Key No. 1) to the legs.
Place the stand upright on a level surface, adjust feet and tighten all fasteners securely.
MOUNT GRINDER
Use hex head bolts with flat wash- ers, lock washers and hex nuts
to secure grinder to stand top
(Key Nos. 8, 9, 10 and 11).
