THE MK50II 2 CHANNEL 50 WATT HEAD
Spec: 50 watt all valve head. Two channels with foot-switchable master
volumes gain/overdrive and effects loops.
Valves: 2x6L6CHP. 4xECC83s/12AX7WA.
Cabinet: 19mm ply lock-jointed.
Hardware: All corners, screws, cup washers, handle fixings etc. are nickel
plated. Bespoke CNC punched, powder coated grills. 16 Gauge (
1.5mm) powder coated chassis with 14 gauge base / screening plate secured to chassis with 4 machine screws. Leather handle.

Construction Methods: Hand wired and hand assembled throughout.
Features: Front panel from left to right: Input socket, - Clean Channel:
Volume, Bass, Middle and Treble. Channel select switch. Overdrive Channel: Gain, Overdrive (foot switchable extra gain with red LED indicator), Bass, Middle, Treble and master volume. Global controls: Master 1 and Master 2 (foot switchable for volume lift with green LED indicator), Presence, Resonance, Standby/Mains switch.
Rear panel from left to right: Mains inlet, Mains fuse, HT fuse, Speaker impedance selector (4 ,8, and 16ohms), 2 x series effects loop send and return sockets and footswitch socket.
Accessories Supplied: Footswitch: hand wired, 16 gauge, powder coated, with 5 metal
footswitches for: Channel, Master 2, Overdrive, Effects Loop 1 and 2 and Effects Loop Auto Assign. 7 metre footswitch lead. 3 metre mains lead. Speaker lead, 600mm, top quality 8mm cable with nickel-plated Neutrik jacks.

OPERATION
Please ensure front panel channel select switch is pointing towards the overdrive channel for correct footswitch operation.
CHANNEL SWITCH illuminates green LED when the Clean Channel is engaged. When the Overdrive Channel is engaged no LED is illuminated.

MASTER 2 SWITCH illuminates green LED when Master 2 is operational. The master volume controls are both global and operate independently of each other.
OVERDRIVE SWITCH illuminates red LED when the Overdrive control is operational. This is the case even with the Clean Channel engaged, so that it is possible to get your solo sound ready whilst still using the Clean Channel.
EFFECTS LOOP 2 SWITCH illuminates green LED when Effects Loop 2 is engaged.
EFFECTS LOOP AUTO ASSIGN SWITCH allows you to switch between Effects Loop 1 and Effects Loop 2 automatically when the Channel switch is used and overrides the Effects Loop 2 switch. When using the Auto Assign switch, Effects Loop 1 is selected with the Clean Channel and Effects Loop 2 is selected with the Overdrive Channel.

Important Safety Instructions
WARNING – When using electrical products, basic precautions

marked change in performance: or e. The product has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged.

9. Do not attempt to service the product. All servicing should be referred to qualified personnel.
10.For continued protection against risk of fire, replace fuses only with those of the same type and rating as indicated on the back of the product.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded (earthed). If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a supply cord having an equipment grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with the local codes and ordinances.
DANGER
Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet fitted.
