General Safety Precautions
1. Thank you for your purchase of this appliance. Read all instructions carefully. Keep this User Manual for future reference.
2. Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet BEFORE cleaning and also when not in use.
3. Never immerse the appliance, power cord or plug into water or other liquids. Please refer to the section on “Care and Cleaning”.
4. If it is a detachable power cord, always connect the power cord to the appliance BEFORE plugging it into the electrical outlet. To disconnect the appliance, switch off the power on the electrical outlet before removing the power plug.
5. Wait until the beaters or dough hooks have completely stopped before turning the mixer head unit upwards.
6. Close supervision is necessary when operating the appliance near children. Ensure that the power cord does not hang over the work surface.
7. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord set or plug. Any repairs should always be carried out by an authorized service centre.
8. Do not use the appliance for any purposes other than its intended use. This appliance is intended for household use only.
9. Do not use the appliance in the outdoors or in a damp area.
10. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or near easily flammable materials.
11. This appliance should not be used by people who are physically or mentally impaired (including children) unless proper guidance is provided during operation.

Operating Instructions
1. Insert the Beaters / Dough Hooks first at mixer head. The Beaters / Dough Hooks with Gear must be inserted at the correct slot. Press and twist until the Beater / Dough Hooks clicks into position.
2. Place the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
3. Lower the Beaters / Dough Hooks into the ingredients inside the mixing bowl.
4. Switch on the appliance beginning from the lowest speed “1” before selecting a desired speed.
5. Increase the speed as desired until “5”. Maximum operating time must be less than 3 minutes.
6. For additional power, press the “turbo” button for maximum speed. The Max. Turbo operating time must be less than 1 minute.
7. After using, reset the Speed Selector back to position “O” and switch it off. Remove the mixer from the mixing bowl.
8. Press the Eject Button to remove the Beaters / Dough Hooks from the mixer for cleaning.
9. Always unplug from the electrical outlet when finished using and before cleaning.
10. Note: To avoid the motor burnout, it is suggested that the weight of the dough or ingredients should not exceed 300g.

SPEED
DESCRIPTION

Fold
This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and potatoes.
2
Blend
This is the best speed to use for liquid ingredients such as the mixing of salad dressings.
3
Mix
Use this speed for mixing the batter of cakes, cookies and quick breads.
4
Cream
For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts etc.
5
Whip
For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping cream etc.
Turbo Pulse
MAX TURBO (up to 800rpm) Provides a boost of power when using speed settings of 1-4.
Care and Cleaning
1. Unplug the appliance from the power supply.
2. Clean the exterior of the appliance using a damp cloth.
3. Clean the Beaters and Dough Hooks under running water or in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry.
4. We recommend cleaning the accessories immediately to remove any food residues from the accessories after use. This will make cleaning easier and prevents bacterial growth.
