Disconnect power to the unit before servicing. Follow all lock out/tag out procedures established by the user. Verify all
power is off to the unit before performing any work.

Failure to comply could result in serious injury, death or damage to the equipment.

To apply the indicating labels, perform the following procedure:

1. Remove the valve from the unit.

2. Remove the AMP connector from the dust cover and
install the notched caps onto the adjusting screws. The
notch in the cap should face inward towards the dust
cover.

3. Use a clean soft cloth dampened in alcohol to clean the cap and the dust cover.

NOTE: Make sure the cap and dust cover are dry before proceeding.

4. Wrap the smaller tamper indicator label (P/N
around the cap and adjusting screw.

5. Attach the larger tamper indicator labels (P/N 620061844)
on top of the smaller label and around the rear of the dust
cover, as shown.

6. If either of the labels are tampered with, void marks are
left on the cap and/or the dust cover.

7. An example of the labels when removed from the valve.
