IMPORTANT: Only qualified personnel should install this kit.

1. Unpack and inspect kit. Make sure all items are present and in good condition.

2. One Flavor Kit. (see Figure 1)
Install CHECK VALVE (item 2) in NITROGEN GAS REGULATOR ASS’Y (item 1) outlet. Use pipe thread

sealing compound to seal connection.
Two and Four–Flavor Kits. (see Figure 2 or 3)
Install MANIFOLD ASS’Y (item 6) in NITROGEN GAS REGULATOR (item 1) outlet. Use pipe thread seal-

ing compound to seal connection.

3. One-Flavor Kit. (see Figure 1)
A. Connect GAS LINE ASS’Y (item 4) to check valve installed in nitrogen gas regulator assembly. Seal

connection with TAPERED GASKET, WHITE (item 3).

B. Route, but do not connect, other end of gas line with quick disconnect on its end to concentrate tank

location.

C. Connect PRODUCT LINE ASS’Y (item 5) to 1/4-inch flare (7/16-20) concentrate inlet fitting on back of

dispenser. Seal connection with TAPERED GASKET, WHITE (item 3).

D. Route other end of product line, with quick disconnect on its end, to concentrate tank location.

Two and Four-Flavor Kits. (see Figure 2 or 3)

E. Connect GAS LINES ASSEMBLIES (item 4) to check valves on manifold assembly installed in nitro-

gen gas regulator assembly outlet. Seal connections with TAPERED GASKETS, WHITE (item 3).

F. Route, but do not connect, other ends of gas lines with quick disconnects on their ends to concentrate

tanks location.

G. Connect PRODUCT LINES ASSEMBLIES (item 5) to 1/4-inch flare (7/16-20) concentrate inlet fittings

on back of the Dispenser. Seal connections with TAPERED GASKETS, WHITE (item 3).

H. Route other ends of product lines, with quick disconnects on their ends, to concentrate tanks location.

4. Connect nitrogen gas pressure regulator and lines assembly to nitrogen gas cylinder as instructed in Ser­vice Manual provided with the Dispenser.

5. Complete Dispenser installation as instructed in Service Manual provided with the Dispenser.

IMPORTANT: Nitrogen gas check valves (see applicable Figure 1, 2, or 3) must be inspected and
serviced at least once a year as instructed in Service Manual provided with the Dispenser.
