m The appliance should be left for at least 4 hours
after installation before it is turned on ill order to allow the refrigerant to settle.

Installation
Positioning
• Place the refrigerator away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Maintain recommended ventilation - see Fig. 1.
• Make sure the refrigerator is accurately levelled tur­ning the adjustable feet in order to avoid vibrations and noises Fig. 2.
• This is a built in design to be aligned with other fur­niture.
• The appliance should be only set up at a location whose ambient temperature corresponds to the cli­mate classification, for which the appliance is desig­ned.
• The climate classification can be found on the serial plate of the appliance.
• The following table shows which ambient tempera­ture is correct for each climate classification: Climate classification for an ambient temperature of SN + 10 to + 32°C N + 16 to + 32°C ST + 18 to + 38°C T + 18 to + 43°C
• However, the manufacturer make sure the correct operation of the appliance from minimum tempera­ture of 10°C to upper limit of each climatic class.
Cleaning the interior
• Do not use alcohol or any cleanig product containing alcohol because it can damage the cabinet.
• Before using the appliance for the first time wash the interior whith luke warm water and some neutral soap so as to remove the typical smell of a brand­new product and then dry thoroughly.
• Do not use detergents or abrasive powders as these will damage the finish.
• Remove security used for transportation.
Electrical connection
mBefore plugging the appliance into a socket make
sure that the voltage and frequency shown on the rating plate correspond to your home supply.
mIt is essential that the appliance be connected to an
efficient earth tap. For this purpose the supply cable plug incorporates a special earth contact. If the sockets of your domestic

wiring system are not grounded, have the appliance connected to a separate ground wire in accordance with existing safety regulations. «THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES TO ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY IF THIS SAFETY RULE IS NOT OBSERVED».
Starting – up
• Plug the appliance into the mains.
• Turn to intermediate position the knobs of the «temperature regulators» «A» Fig. 5.
• Make sure the inner light «H» turns on when opening de door.

If you wish to change the opening side of the doors proceed as follows:
1... Remove the handles of the doors, if they are side fixing by screws.
2... If your appliance carries a plinth, remove it pulling from it smoothly. Take off the small lid on the left (to let the lower hinge enter into it) and place it on the right side of the plinth.
3... Remove the lower hing taking care for the lower door not to fall off. You could have better access to the lower hinge by tilting the refrigerator.
4... Lift the lower door off the central hinge.
5... Remove the central hinge taking care for the upper door not to fall off and not to lose the plastic washer.
6... Take the upper door off the upper hing.
7... The upper hing must be removed, removing at once, the plastic lid covering it.
8... All small plastic covers are useful now to cover new holes on the opposite side of the doors.

If you refrigerator has top panel (fig. 4), you can mana­ge in the same way from point 1 to point 6 and then:
7... Unscrew the axle of the upper hing (9 Fig. 4) and replace it at the opposite side (10 Fig. 4).
8... Remove the little lid put on the opposite side of the central hinge and use it to cover the new holes left where the hinge was placed.
For the remaining parts proceed the other way round.
Once finished make sure that all joints close perfectly well all around the door and chek that the internal light turns of when the fridge door closes.
How to panel the doors:
If your appliance is provided with metal strips for panelling and you wish to do so proceed as follows:
1... Remove one of the side strips.
2... Loosen the screws of the remaining strips.
3... Start putting on the panel where you took off the strip pushing it right up to the end.
4... Replace the strip on this side.
5... Tighten all screws
NOTE:
The panel dimensions must be 2 mm. shorter than the doors. Maximun thickness of the panel is 4 mm.
