NOTE: Do not tighten any fasteners until the unit is completely assembled

1 Insert Casters into the End Frames

- Push each caster in by hand until fully seated

2 Install the 6 Tub Stop Rods

-Use acorn nuts and lock washers

-Hand tighten only

3 Install the 6 Tub Supports to the End Frames

- Use 40mm bolts, and lock washers

- Hand tighten only

4 Tighten All Fasteners

- NOTE: 24 in total

- Use the included assembly wrench for the bolts (12)

- Use an adjustable wrench for the acorn nut (12)

5 Install the Book Display Racks

- Hook the top of each rack over the upper rods

6 Secure the Book Display Racks

- Use cable ties (2 for each rack)

- Wrap each tie around the rack and lower rods

- Pull tightly

- Trim the ends with scissors
